I blame Putin for this nonsense. Germany killed 40million Russian and now they are misbehaving, Russian are handling them with kid gloves. Until Germany get nuked like Japan, they won't respect themselves and stay in their own line.

Putin should make it clear that Russia hasn't forgotten the 40million Russians that Germany killed, and any misbehaviour will result to the total annihilation of Germany.
