Russia is not Venezuela, don't mix them up. Russia is a super power in her own right, Venezuela is not. Those trillion dollars weapons maybe ineffective against Russian forces, but will turn Venezuela into a sea of flames.

America will not repeat the same mistake it made in Afghanistan and Vietnam. This is the 21st Century, 2026 for that matter! I believe their military strategy will change. Rather than whole invasion, they may give Maduro the Ghadaffi treatment: heavy airstrikes while unconventional forces, usually anti government militias, do the ground job. They have all the funding they need.
