Are you dăfť you don't know that finding the replacement of top echelons in the military takes years because of expertise and experience? Do you think this is just any cannon fodder you can replace? You are such a nicompo, not to understand that military has its sets of officers. What a Muppet. Even when solamani was killed by the USA, someone replaced him immediately. Scorpio99: Somebody quote me when Iran hits a high value target other than the empty bases they are currently just demolishing its buildings. So far, Iran's defence Minister had been killed. That is a high value target. The defense minister will be replaced... won't cost Iran a penny. But you see those military assets.. USA will churn out millions of dollars to replace them. Now you understand why war is a costly adventure. |

WriterrNg: ⚡Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif:
After NATO forces withdrew, it was expected that peace would prevail in Afghanistan and that the Taliban would focus on the interests of the Afghan people and regional stability.
However, the Taliban turned Afghanistan into a colony of India. They gathered terrorists from around the world in Afghanistan and began exporting terrorism. They deprived their own people of basic human rights. They took away from women the rights that Islam grants them.
Pakistan made every effort, both directly and through friendly countries, to keep the situation stable. It carried out extensive diplomacy. However, the Taliban became a proxy of India.
Today, when attempts are being made to target Pakistan with aggression, by the grace of God our armed forces are giving a decisive response.
In the past, Pakistan’s role has been positive. It has hosted five million Afghans for 50 years. Even today, hundreds of thousands of Afghans are earning their livelihood on our soil.
Our patience has reached its limit. Now it is open confrontation. Now there will be decisive action. Pakistan’s army has not come from across the seas — we are your neighbors, and we know your reality well. But Pakistan has been the one bombing Afghanistan, in the name of bombing terrorist. You can't bomb another country without consequences. Let the war begin |

WriterrNg: ⚡Le Monde writes that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are disbanding the 'foreign legion' and sending everyone to the assault troops.
It was a shock. We were told: 'Pack your things and go to Kryvyi Rih the same day'. Since then, we've been languishing here, in the cramped barracks, where there's been no water or internet for a week. There's no training, no exercises. Everyone is demoralized, many comrades have left.
Everyone is afraid of ending up in a unit where the commander doesn't speak English. The International Legion provided a safe environment for foreign volunteers,' says Viking, a citizen of the Faroe Islands, who came to Ukraine to fight in 2023.
Karl, a 53-year-old American military medic, is considering doing the same as many of his comrades if the 2nd battalion is disbanded: 'I'll terminate my contract! I'm bitter towards the leadership.
We're risking our lives to help Ukraine, and they're abandoning us. It's a slap in the face. I had a year left to obtain Ukrainian citizenship [at the end of a three-year contract], but the countdown was reset due to the transfer.
This sends a terrible signal to all of us; it demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the strategic value of the International Legion'. And Russia couldn't target these Baracks and wipe them out!! Rubbish nonsense. |

Abdulmsaidu: PAYE Cut Increases Workers’ Take-home Pay In January — Oyedele By Oyindamola Olawuyi 3 Hours Ago
Chairman of the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee, Taiwo Oyedele, has said that Nigerian workers were starting to enjoy higher take-home pay following a reduction in Pay As You Earn (PAYE) deductions under the country’s newly enacted tax laws.
Oyedele shared this in a post on X on Monday, citing feedback from employees who have already received their January 2026 salaries.
He noted that early reports indicated the new tax system was already easing the burden on workers, especially salary earners whose taxes are deducted directly at source.
The announcement comes as the federal government rolled out comprehensive tax reforms aimed at increasing disposable income, boosting economic growth, and simplifying tax administration nationwide.
Oyedele explained that the decline in PAYE deductions was an early sign of the impact of the recently introduced tax measures designed to lessen workers’ tax obligations.
“We are pleased to note the feedback from workers who have received their salaries for January 2026 and confirmed a reduction in their PAYE tax resulting in higher take-home pay under the new tax laws,” Oyedele stated."
