Iranian media reported on March 6 that the Islamic Republic has confiscated a shipment of crude oil belonging to the United States from a tanker flagged under the Marshall Islands. The tanker, Advantage Sweet, was seized by Iranian naval forces last April after an alleged collision with an Iranian boat in the Persian Gulf. The seizure, estimated at around $50 million, was carried out following a Tehran court order in favor of Iranian patients suffering from Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a rare skin disease.

These patients sued over the lack of Swedish-made medicine, attributing it to U.S. sanctions. Fine you maybe making gains from it, but hedging it against your country's currency is ignorance and a recipe for economic disaster. Go and read up about Do Kwon and his stablecoin UST which crashed and rendered thousands of people bankrupt.

Stop putting unnecessary pressure on the Naira by rushing to Binanc and other crypto exchanges to convert your money to USDT which is not even a legal tender in any country of the world!

even if we convert our money to Bitcoin it would still have the same effect. The problem of naira is not binance..

secondly , the argument against Binance by the fg is the same they had against aboki fx , and that is people use these sites as a benchmark to determine rates, so in order words, people compare the rates on Binance to use as their rates. aboki fx wasn't selling but it was publishing rates and they felt the rates he was publishing daily were having a damming effect on the market. reason why i said if there is enough fx in banks, no one will even think of looking for alternatives. during the time of gej , i could buy with my bank card easily , i did not even know anything about btc, it was only skrills and Neteller that were common then
