She should not worry ,its normal as long as she is on baby friendly meaning she only breastfeed her baby and no additional support,its jus the way the body protect against pregnancy and as long has she breast feed on demand the hormone suppressing her period will be always be released. Once she weans her period will come so its nothing to be worried about....enjoy d period free months while it last.

Whether u break up with her now or later,the result is till d same,so I advice u tell her ur true feelings now...and stand firm,she might cry and all that ,but with time she will get over it.

It not routine for the doctor to check ur private part during antenatal,to check the position of the baby ,u will have to do an ultrasound, the only time the private part is been touched is during labour to check how dilated u r and what ever the doctor does will b in the presence of a nurse if the doctor was male.if by any chance the woman will require a pelvic examination... It will be clinical.so don't stress too much .
