Coming from an outing, got home, picked up power bank then went outside to get something (left the door open, I mean I didn't padlock it), stayed outside for a while, got back in and stayed for awhile then wanted to charge it that was when I discovered the phone was gone.
Then I got mails that the iCloud password has been reset and find my phone has been disabled. The time those mails came in was while I was sitting outside. Na later I checked.

The Ghanaian cedi should not even be on the list in practical terms.

If you have a good product and you don’t want stress you ask for all the information to assure yourself of the type of tenant. A straight forward tenant has nothing to worry but a fraudulent scammer or 419 is in trouble.

You no provide you are not the kind of tenant I want.

The product is such that if I ask for extra 200k I go get tenant but some people feel entitled to be stealing off another’s barn. They are out to ruin. One just need to weed them out so that they can find their level.

Abroad they will start with credit check, ID, bank statements, employment letter, payslip, previous landlord references and contact details and guarantor join.
