Yes, it's true. APC Tinubu has it all wrapped up as a dictator: judges, senators, house of representatives, military and security. Not to talk of companies! He will "develop " Nigeria the way he developed Lagos.
Hope you all realize that the more you talk about this Amaka nonsense, the less we focus on: 1. Hunger 2. Lack of fuel, or super increased cost. 3. Kidnapping 4. Fulani herdsmen invasion of Nigerian farmlands. 5. Lack of electricity 6. No good roads
So, who benefits from this diversion of attention? Now, you can begin to see who is paying for the diversion. Thanks
Wait until Tinubu child is kidnapped, then you will see how swift, smart, agile the security will become. Yes, the problem is from the top. If not, why have they not asked for help from advanced countries and companies who specialize on this issue?
Falseprofet2: By lying through his teeth By false humility and by a sweet tongue, he has successfully conned his way to the top
The beautiful thing is that with this information age, his type starting out will be countered at every turn. Christianity will be cleaned from within by other Christians who will call out his BS.
yarimo: ALEX OTTI performance is below average for now, so he can't be accepted in APC. he must show example of good governernce in reality in Abia state
Below whose average, Supreme court governor Hope, or Tinubu's? APC should send people to learn from Otti.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu was recently invited by Chinese president on a state visit
Buhari government romanced the Chinese, took loans and awarded big contracts to their firms but Tinubu likely to take different route.
All Chinese firms are indirectly controlled by Chinese government. So the firm in question couldn't have acted alone.
A Chinese business man was arrested by the Nigerian police and rough handled .
Speaking as the official, uneducated, myopic public relation mogul for Tinubu; not surprised that you have to resort to conspiracy theory in order to deflect attention from Ogun state and Federal government screw up that led to this crises in the first place.
ivolt: And you think he was responsible for conceptualising and funding the project within four months? I wonder where the standard of Nigerian education is going. SMH
And you see yourself as the chief excuses maker for Tinubu. Almost 1 year in office, his body language doesn't look good for Nigeria as a whole, even for his sheepish tribalistic supporters.
Haaaaaah. Tinubu haters like his own wife caught on tapes threatening Igbos? His Iyaloja daughter makes her living taxing Igbo traders in Lagos daily. ....and you agreed that he surrendered himself by tribalistic Yoruba advisers? Now, you know Tinubu's enemies are someone called Tinubu.
Salewa97: Nigerians love to throw shade without understanding the bigger picture. Tinubu is not Buhari; he’s a different player on the field.
While Buhari may have been surrounded by questionable allies, Tinubu knows how to play the game and gather support from his base. That’s politics!
People should stop looking for drama and start appreciating the strategies at play. Tinubu is a master at navigating the political landscape, and the so-called comparisons are just distractions from his actual achievements.
Let’s not forget, every leader has their style, and Tinubu is simply trying to ensure that the southern voice is heard loud and clear. So, instead of whining, let’s see how he turns the tide for the better. After all, he’s got a nation to run, not a gossip column to fill!
Tinubu has fully continued in the way of Buhari: Reckless spending Rubber stamp senate Corrupt judiciary Unchecked corruption and extravagant spending. How about nepotism?
All the bad attributes of Buhari, minus his personality.
naijaking1: Continuing with Buhari's maladministration: He not only stole, and oversaw the damage to Nigeria's economy that the debt profile grew to the highest level ever. Buhari didn't stop at stealing the current Nigerian treasure, he even borrowed into the future, ballooning the debt to 173%, almost as if he doesn't care for the nation's future. The result is that while the administration exhibited high overhead cost of governance, the debt jumped, the officials lived large while the masses suffered. Now, Tinubu will be made to take responsibility for Buhari's mismanagement, and will be blamed by everyone, including former Buhari officials who contributed to the current problem.
Having been sentenced overseas, he fled to Nigeria where he is now qualified to run for governor in any of the SW states where prior overseas convictions appear to be the only qualification to become elected.
Emefiele did everything to defeat tinubu at the polls while emefiele himself was not on the ballot
Dangote pulled his weight in support of another candidate different from tinubu
Emefiele pumped CBN resources into dangote refinery
Emefiele + dangote must have been supporting the same candidate that will protect the interest of both of them after election.
Backed by the cabal of some agendists, dangote is expected to continue his monopoly and favoritism from government if the X candidate of the agendists had won.
The Nigerian people are never in the plan. The status quo would have remained where the cabal will continue to remain rich while Nigerians remain poor.
Against all odds, tinubu won the election.
Emefiele is cooling off where he is now.
Dangote is next since tinubu's family is also into oil business too and it is time to shift monopoly to the other side.
Remember that Nigerians are still not in the picture till now.
The agendists are still counting their losses
Tinubu has no cabal, he is his own cabal who wants absolute resource control of the country away from the old cabal of agendists controlling the wealth of the nation for decades.
The pain of Nigerians has increased greatly due to the effects of this battle between two monopolists.
Nigerians want to protest
Dangote is also protesting for the very first time.
The agendists are fully in support of both protests not because they care about Nigerians
Tinubu is sharing rice to placate Nigerians
The battle continues...
Nice one, Oga. But did you forget to include Peter Obi, Igbos, and IPOB in your speculations? I don't don't disappoint Bayo Onanuga.
EdgeUp: I don't have the facts about most of what you posted here and you certainly didn't have to make it tribal
However and whatever it is, Nigeria will triumph at the end of the day.
My brother, that's our prayer. But why do you think only Yoruba so-called oil experts with PhD are the ones defending the government's action against Dangote?
Facts? Easy to verify- who was governor when Dangote paid $100 to the governor of Lagos state? It better not be a man fro Irigbiji who's not a Lagos indigene by birth, and whose ancestral land wasn't likely encumbered by the sale. Who's Nigeria's petroleum minister? Who's family owns OANDO, and refining our crude in Malta? Check out how much refined products Nigeria has started importing from Malta since last year! Also, check out who now owns Agip after it failed to pay government levy? BTW, the levy has been cleared after Tinubu's company took it over. With all these pointers, even a blind man can see that acquiring a "failing" Dangote refinery in Lagos is the ultimate goal of this 'petroleum minister '
I hope honest and upright Yorubas can see beyond all this, because more facts are going to come out. Tribe has nothing to do with it: money!
EdgeUp: Dangote being a brutal capitalist aside, NNPC is just a cesspit of corruption.
Tinubu will show Nigerians that he means well for the country if he fires the entire first (C-Suite) and second level management team of NNPC and order for their investigation as well.
That is one of the things that can be done to redeem the current socio-economic quagmire
I can't stop laughing when you said Tinubu means well for Nigeria. Buhari meant well, though criminally for his Fulani people alone, but Tinubu? He means well for himself ONLY. Unfortunately, he found the formula to confuse Yorubas that he meant well for them. No love for Dangote for his past monopolistic tendencies and corrupt practices under Buhari and OBJ, but this refinery issue has exposed a lot already. How did Tinubu collect $100 million from Dangote for the land in Lagos? How did a company controlled by Tinubu family members get involved in a refining company in Malta? How did the Malta company's products saturate Nigeria markets and make it impossible to refine oil in Nigeria? When will Tinubu's OANDO take over Dangote's hard earned refinery on a pretext Note, Tinubu's oil company has already taken over Agip and other international companies.
What did they say? When a fox is made in charge of guarding the chickens?
The genius of Tinubu is that the average Yoruba thinks that he will benefit from these illegal activities.
A good example of bad policing by a bad ploce force. Why not wait to get the actual kidnappers before showing off these low level criminals. Is the police afraid of parading the real Fulani terrorists in Nigeria?
CrushObituaries: No man born out of woman or evil spirit like bitter grievingory Obi with his OBItuaries can unseat Asiwaju the greatest and most influential politician in Africa and kingmaker who crowned himself king, the same person that singlehandedly defeated, crush, and disgraced bitter grievingory OBItuary, the man greater than Nnamdi Azikwe, Ojukwu the warmonger, Kanu Nnamdi, and bitter grievingory Obi.
Thanks for 'helping' Tinubu when he needs all the support from the south to withstand the north. Some of you are not right.
Very smart computation by Shehu! Tinubu has an ace in the south and middle belt, and he should play it at the right time. Meanwhile, Tinubu can begin a small small reminder of how catastrophic Buhari and his tribalistic government was for 8 years, if not people are likely to forget that most of these misery started and came from Buhari.
Everyone with objective mind knows that the sultan is a criminal, terrorist, and not a believer in your so-called One Nigeria. Why does he import terrorists from foreign countries to invade and displace peaceful Nigerians in the middle belt and the south?
If history is still being taught in our schools, Rotimi Ameachi syndrome would have been a big topic. From stealing his people's money to finance Buhari, to donating a campaign airplane for Buhari, to building a railway to Buhari's native home, to denying same railway for his people; all to spite GEJ/his wife. People should be able to judge his mindset for ages to come. Oh, I forgot he is from the area where sabotaging your people is not really a big deal.
