I am happy to read this. Congratulations to her.

Best thing is for her spouse to apply for MSc admission while she apply for a dependant visa to work full time , convert her TRCN to GTCS in Scotland, apply for Mathematics job and she can be working full time and working towards PR.

My wife has a bsc in English. She has been teaching for close to 5 years now. She equally has a pgd in education with TRCN. I want to apply for msc in Scotland.. What are her chances of working full time in Scotland considering her English background?

Politics / Re: Nigerians To Pay N234 Billion Taxes Monthly With Petrol At N385 Per Litre by eamodu(m): 2:48pm On May 21, 2021
It will help in reducing the prices of agricultural produce. People may not feel the effects of this subsidy move ,if food is in supplus and not that expensive. And if taken seriously by the government, just like you said by way of mechanized farming it will go a long way in generating revenue and producing jobs to Nigerians.. through agriculture, industries could spring up and we could just be on our way to exporting and having more money to settle some problems in Nigeria.

1.Agriculture, even removing the security issues....cannot produce enough to earn more revenue for Nigeria...unless production came from highly mechanized farms.
Agric was an earner...back in the 1960's WHEN we had a guaranteed market in the UK and when we had no comeptitors. Now, we have comeptitiors , plus the UK is no longer our guaranteed market...since the 1970's

2.If we keep the subsidy, we will keep on spending money we don't have to pay for it...meaning more and more loans. (We can avoid the removal of subsidy by raising taxes and the number of people who payt taxes to fund it...but Nigerians won't like that)
Politics / Re: Nigerians To Pay N234 Billion Taxes Monthly With Petrol At N385 Per Litre by eamodu(m): 2:30pm On May 21, 2021
Must it be just oil? This government as refused other meaningful means to get more money. Agriculture is there, yet it as been negelated. Individuals who choose to go into agriculture, which can reduce the prices of food stuffs are even scared of going to their farms because this same government as refused to do anything on security. Sadly we are in for tough times, because we have leaders who are insensitive to the sufferings of their people.

No work, no pay.

Even if any lecturer enroll on IPPIS now while ASUU is still on strike, he or she won't receive one kobo.

You know nothing really..most of the professors in the medical circle still go to work .And they have not been paid for months because of this same issue.

You mean the professors that have been sitting at home for months should be getting paid?

If they want salaries, they should resume.
If you believe this lies, you can believe anything.

Keep quiet if you have nothing to say..it's true that some professors have not been paid for months..is that not worse than getting 8k per month?how can a professor not get paid for months, and we have illiterates in government that collect millions for doing nothing?it's so unfair.. sadly,it's because the federal government have little or no regards for our educational systems.

vanitty??don't get this part.

Our child will be like a year old then.. thanks for inputs,God bless you.

It is very possible to come with family but the older the children the easier it is for the other spouse to work and that help financially..... however small

So I guess it depends on how many children and their ages but lots of students come and somehow settle with their family

I will advise you to come along with him, family support is very important, for me I can concentrate better when family are around. If you have a good skill depending on your field you should be able to get something doing to support the family. I can't believe some people here are advising someone to leave wife and kids behind when they are here bonding with their own.

Nice reply..I'm thinking of going with my wife and child next year too .thou,I have been thinking of how much i should set aside for that ,and I don't know if I could get more pointers from you please .thanks in advance

There is a sensor behind the grill (i.e the honda logo, silver H. close to the horn and its connection) when it goes bad (from frontal collusion or anytin of the sort) it tends to make this irritating problem.

it did this same tin on my car. i read bout this issue online.

Open up the grill by unplugging the secure pins and just disconnect the sensor and it will stop.
