No politician steals alone. They are aided by others who do not have immunity from prosecution.
The fake contracts they use for stealing are awarded by civil servants without immunity.
The padding of the budgets to accommodate looting is initiated by civil servant without immunity and rubber stamped by the legislature that have no immunity and the payments are made by clerical officers and bankers without immunity.
Payment clearance for jobs not executed is done by the civil servants without immunity.
In summary, public looting in Nigeria is enabled by collusion between a few politicians with immunity and lots of civil servants and other politicians without immunity.
If the EFCC wants to make a dent on stopping public looting they will focus on the civil servants that have no immunity but are signing away public funds for politicians to loot. And they will do this while the politicians are still in office.
Going after politicians after they have left office is medicine after death.
Why go after money stolen a decade ago while allowing stealing to be going on today, only to come back in 10 yrs time to try to recover money that is being stolen today. |

Karbswell: 4 CRITICAL REASONS WHY OIL PALM TREE WILL NOT BEAR FRUITS AT FULL MATURITY
If you are an oil palm farmer with a plantation of oil palm tree with 20% to 30% or more of the tree failure to bear fruits at age 4 and above then this article is for you and this article should resonate well with you so as to solve many problems related to fruits production in your oil palm plantation .Practically there are solutions to 3 of the 4 reasons why oil palm tree will not near fruits at full maturity but the 4th reason as no solution but to eradicate the palm tree and replace it with a viable F1 seedlings that is capable of bearing fruits within 3 to 4 years under good farm management .
LACK OF PROPER SOIL FERTILIZATION Oil palm tree is an heavy feeder plant that require an adequate amount of soil nutrient to bear enough fruits amd the lack of it the yield will go down .within year 1 to 3 the palm tree under goes a vegetative growth which exhausted all the soil nutrient hence by year 3 to 4 when first fruits production is supposed to start the palm tree is left with no soil nutrient makes it impossible for fruit production to take place and the farmer becomes frustrated .
The solution to the problem is to amend the soil by applying both organic and inorganic fertiliser. The best way to apply organic manure such as cow waste or poultry waste is to dig some feet away around the base of each palm tree and apply the manure and then after some month during rain season the farmer can apply inorganic fertiliser.this process will ensure that enough soil nutrient is available to meet the palm tree nutrient need so as to bear fruits .Application of fertiliser like NPK should be a yearly routine programme if the farmer wants get good yield from their plantation .From my years of experience I can tell you with confidence that majority of oil small scale oil palm farmer do not apply fertiliser to their palm tree ,they leave it for nature to do the work and this leads to low annual yield of palm tree in Nigeria .see how to apply manure the picture attached below .
INADEQUATE INSECT POLLINATING AGENT lack of this insect such as weevils and honey bees that are capable of cross pollinating the oil palm tree through their biological activities of moving the pollen grain from the male flower plant to the female stigma which later bears fruits ,the lack of this insect could lead to poor fruit production of oil palm tree .However in our regions here in oil palm growing regions this insect are available in the right amount to cross pollinate oil palm tree hence the majority of problems related to poor or lack of fruit production could be traced to other factors which are also explained in this article .During flowering stage of oil palm tree the farmer should avoid spraying insecticide that are capable of destroying this beneficial insect that aid Pollination. It is advisable not to spray any thing related to insecticide during the flowering stage in the oil palm plantation
INSUFFICIENT RAINFALL ,PROLONG DROUGHT AND HEAT This factors could also lead to poor fruits production or lack of it .When an oil palm tree experience prolonged drought coupled by extreme heat then the fruits production for that year will be very low and harvest will decline .This is why Oil palm tree in the Western part of Nigeria will bear more fruits and increase yield than oil palm tree planted in the northern part of Nigeria .Another challenges that a farmer could encounter when there is no sufficient rainfall is flower abortion which leads to low yield .the entire part of western Nigeria and some states in the North central can boost oil adequate amount of annual rainfall that support the profitable oil palm farming in Nigeria .
PLANTING OF INFERIOR SEEDLINGS Planting of inferior seedlings such as second filial generation of seed called F2 harvested from an hybrid oil palm farm is the major reason why 70 percent of oil palm farms experience low yield Nigeria .Buying cheap seedlings from unreliable source with no prove of invoice or receipt from seed company as lead to many oil palm farmer losing their investment in oil palm farming .Most of these seedlings after 4 years of hardwork and investment will turn out to become male palm tree that bears only male flower hence no fruits can be harvest from the tree leading to loss of investment .There is no solution to help an unproductive oil palm tree of more than 5 years old to bear fruits .The farmer will have to uproot them and replant F1 seedling that is capable of bearing fruits within year 3 to 4 after planting and follow up with adequate soil fertilisation .
In conclusion ,the hybridization process of cross breeding PISIFERA which is a male shelless oil palm with DURA which is female thick shelled oil palm produces an heterozygote popularly called HYBRID TENERA F1 .Therefore if a farmer picks a seed kernel from a tenera palm fruits for the purpose of planting is called F2 which is not productive for commercial oil palm farming and this as been the major reason why many farms belonging to small scale farmers are not productive thereby loosing their investment .Such farms tend to produce more of Male palm trees instead of female palm trees that produce palm fruits .
Our commitment is to ensure that all oil palm farmer in Nigeria succeed and for more enquiries about our services call or what's app KKFARMS on 07062053560 There are many folks selling F2 oilpalm seedlings and claiming it is tenera seedlings that they are selling. Even you OP, how are we sure those oilpalm seedlings in that your picture are not F2 oilpalm seedlings? How did you come about the sprouted seeds? Do you do the cross breeding to get the hybrid seeds? |

Maybe after much pressure from the lady, he decided to buy more time with engagement ring.
This will allow him to continue using the lady for another decade before either looking for an excuse to move on or doing a long overdue marriage.
The girls family better call both of them to order. Give them 6 months to do the marriage or banish the guy from the girls life. |

Lol, he shd discuss his fears with her do she can tell him she will b a good wife only to get there n change. Dear OP, just jejeli go abroad, then bring ur 2 of ur kids in study n mk sure the one here goes to very good universities. Then b coming home to visit. Then only do visiting visa for wifey to come visit.. So in summary you are saying he should be separated from his wife because he wants to go abroad. Do you realize that the children also need their mother to grow into responsible adults and to have a balanced upbringing?. OP, relocate with your family. Hope for the best and plan for the worst. There are successfully married Nigerians abroad, not all marriages breakup after relocation. |
Travel › Re: Japa Dilemma: How Can This Be Resolved? by Earthstorms(m): 9:54am On Sep 10, 2024 |
essentialone: I have read a lot from people's experience and advice about the dangers of carrying your wife abroad to the Western world, as they suddenly turn to beasts of the wild, with endless possibilities of meanness and wickedness to their husbands, over every minor issue. I am not one of those who believe in all women are not the same jargons. I am not also one of those who believe that people will change. Nope, people only reveal what they have been concealing, when place or circumstances change. I also believe in learning from the experience of others, as it is better to be safe than to be sorry. Now, I am in a dilemma. 1. Keep all the family here in Nigeria? 2. Relocate abroad alone and come back to visit wife and children from time to time? 3. Take the risk of relocating abroad to one country with wife and children? 4. Doing Visa for wife and children to country A with the pretense of joining them later, then fake that my Visa to join them there was denied. While I actually do Visa for myself to an entirely different country, probably in a different continent.
Now this is the crux of the matter. 1. I love my children so much and would prefer them to grow up abroad in a country with better amenities and opportunities. 2. My wife has some aggressive attitudes that are not okay. While it can be managed in Nigeria by ignoring it, or walking away when it's heated, it can prove to be actually toxic and disastrous overseas. 3. The children are still too young to be allowed to travel alone with the Father. 4. Funds is not really an issue as I have suffered and struggled hard and raised something in the region of 9-figures. 5. And I do not like to personally remain in Nigeria. I am not one of your patriotic Nigerian citizens who will want to stay back and rebuild Nigeria. After all, even Tinubu and Buhari and Atiku and Obi lives abroad. 😂 This dilemma is what has delayed starting the process as I have already procured Passports for the entire family.
If you are the one, how will you resolve this dilemma? Do you want to remain married? If you want to be married in the actual sense of the word, then you have to live with your family at one location. You can not be in one country while your family is in another country while claiming married. People do those type of arrangements out of necessity, not what you should do if it can be avoided. From your comment you can afford to relocate with your family. My advice is this Discuss your fears with your wife. In the discussion agree to a divorce if freedom abroad gets into her head. Relocate to the country of your choice. Respect your wife in line with the culture of the country you relocated to. Make your wife earn a living in the new country, that way divorce settlement does not become a reason for her to ask for divorce. Be prepared for a divorce if the marriage does not work out. No need forcing a bad relationship and no need staying away from your family in separate countries just because you are afraid of divorce. Most importantly, ensure you earn more than your wife and be able to foot your bills. Many women find it hard to be submissive to a man that can not foot the bills. |

cookingoilplant: At the end of November, 2019, Henan Doing Machinery successfully installed a 2-3tph palm kernel cracker and shell separator in Akwa, Ibom, Nigeria. This is a small palm kernel oil processing plant project, which only took about 3 months from customer payed the payment to finished the installation and debugging. Now, this palm kernel cracker and shell separator have put into production which can help people process 3.38 tons of palm nuts per hour.
For your reference, this client has been engaged in palm kernel oil processing business for years. Before he mainly bought the clean kernels to produce palm kernel oil, but it is rather costly, which lead to limited profit, and he also thought it was not cost-effective. In the meantime, he found that it is cheaper to buy palm nuts directly, but considering that palm nut is hard and difficult to deal with, he didn't find good solutions. Over the years, he has been trying to find one machine which can process palm nuts to kernels and shell quickly. After long time searching, finally he found the running video of the palm nut cracking and separating system manufactured by Henan Doing Group on YouTube. He got very interested and after then, he tried to contact with us and learn more information about this machine. The more he knew about our machine, the more he got interested in stepping into this business, finally he was won over by our machine quality and efficiency.
About the end of August, 2019, he ordered this machine, and in order to get the machine as soon as possible, he chose to pay full amount. And luckily for him, we got the available machine in our factory, so we arranged delivery after 5 days of his payment. Then after around 45 days shipping, the machine went to his factory safely! Then we arranged experienced engineer to his site for installation and commissioning. Following are some of the pictures during installation:[Related reading: Palm nut cracking and separating system is under installation in Nigeria]
Because the palm kernel cracker and shell separator were relatively simple to install, it is only took 15days from our engineer arrived at the customer factory to the installation and commissioning is completed. Following are some photos of debugging process.
And now the palm kernel cracker and shell separator runs well. The final debugging results showed that the percentage of shell in the kernel was less than 8%, the percentage of kernel in the shells was less than 7%. Our customer was very satisfied with this result.
This palm kernel cracker and shell separator is only one machine in palm kernel oil processing plant, if you want to set up your palm kernel oil processing business and want to make money, you can contact with us. DOING engineers can design different capacity palm kernel oil production lines based on clients' requirements.

honifome: Swarming is not pronounced in this season. However, you can still try this method. Firstly, ensure the space in your hive is not too big. If you are using more than 15 frames or bars, insert division board in between for a better chance of colonisation. Cook a shreded lemon grass with beeswax by inserting both of them in milk tin and put the can in a boiling water. For a strong lemon smell, make sure there is enough lemon grass and it should not overwhelm the beeswax. Ensure that no water or steam enters the can. After about 15 to 20 minutes of cooking, there will be infusion of lemon grass scent in the melted beeswax. Ensure that the lemon grass has changed colour to dark green and sieve the melted beewax out. Rub almost completely, the beeswax against the hive body and the entrance. Place a small container of sugar syrup or honey on the beehive. Avoid spillage to prevent ants invasion. Under normal weather conditions scout bees or foragers will start visiting if there is a colony in your area. Nice |
