You need someone to setup a water purification system for your borehole water or is your borehole contaminated and you want someone to decontaminate the borehole for you? Or you just supply of chemicals for purifying your borehole water?

Your best bet will be to buy private land. Getting government land is not that straightforward in my experience.

I will check around for private land in Delta state and get back to you. Send me an email so that we can communicate by email.

I have 100 acres of personal land at Ogbomoso, Oyo state, that I could have sold to you, but that land is too dry for oilpalm. It will be good for things like cashew.

Hello, I am so much interested in agriculture. I’m looking at palm plantation and I understand you do not want such as stated on your advert. However, I would like to know if there’s any government program that made provision for land to those who wants to go into farming extensively. Please direct and advise me I have money to do this business extensively but securing land is my major issue. How can the government help with this

Thank you

You cannot legally marry two wives in Nigeria unless you marry under Sharia law.

Those who marry more than one wife in Nigeria, outside of Sharia law don't do court marriage.

You are wrong.

There are 3 marriage systems in Nigeria. 2 out of the 3 systems permit polygamy.

Of the three marriages systems in Nigeria (Statutory (English) law, Customary law, and Islamic law, only the statutory law forbids polygamy. The customary law is used by non Muslims in southern Nigeria to marry multiple wives.

Politely I want to know why many see sleeping with someone's wife as a curse but sleeping with someone's husband is not a curse.

The man can legally marry the extra woman sleeping with him. So the single woman might be sleeping with the married man in the hope that he marries her as his second wife.

But a married woman sleeping with another man can not be legally married to both men at the same time in Nigeria.

I am just trying to find a logical reason for a nonsense situation.

Sleeping with another man's wife is a foolish high risk venture.

whats bmi?

BMI is body mass index.

It is the ratio of your weight in Kilograms to the square of your height in metres.

If you weigh 80kg for example and your height is 1.6 metres, then your BMI is 80/(1.6x1.6) = 31.25

In general, the following BMI ranges (in kg/m2) classify different weight types:

Underweight: Less than 18.5.
Optimum range: 18.5 to 24.9.
Overweight: 25 to 29.9.
Class I obesity: 30 to 34.9.
Class II obesity: 35 to 39.9.
Class III obesity: More than 40.
If you have a BMI less than 18.5 (underweight), you may be at higher risk for developing the following conditions:

Malnutrition.
Anemia.
Weakened immune system, which could lead to more frequent infections and illnesses.
Osteoporosis.
Infertility.
If you have underweight, your healthcare provider will likely order certain blood tests and other tests to check your overall health and to see if you’re malnourished.

In general, the higher your BMI, the higher your risk for the following conditions:

Heart disease.
High blood pressure (hypertension).
Type 2 diabetes.
Gallstones.
Osteoarthritis.
Sleep apnea.
Certain cancers, including colon, breast, endometrial and gallbladder.
Depression and other mental health conditions

No politician steals alone.
They are aided by others who do not have immunity from prosecution.

The fake contracts they use for stealing are awarded by civil servants without immunity.

The padding of the budgets to accommodate looting is initiated by civil servant without immunity and rubber stamped by the legislature that have no immunity and the payments are made by clerical officers and bankers without immunity.

Payment clearance for jobs not executed is done by the civil servants without immunity.

In summary, public looting in Nigeria is enabled by collusion between a few politicians with immunity and lots of civil servants and other politicians without immunity.

If the EFCC wants to make a dent on stopping public looting they will focus on the civil servants that have no immunity but are signing away public funds for politicians to loot. And they will do this while the politicians are still in office.

Going after politicians after they have left office is medicine after death.

Why go after money stolen a decade ago while allowing stealing to be going on today, only to come back in 10 yrs time to try to recover money that is being stolen today.

Thank you! I am diabetic and no be me eat sugar pass. The OPs should be properly guided. I appreciate him for bring the conversation up but his post is shallow.
We should keep in mind what we eat for sure but trust me, with the types of food available in Nigeria, we should be more concerned about high cholesterol than diabetes. I have lived in Nigeria all my life even though i now live abroad. I wear LibreLink freestyle sensor on my atm and when eat Africa goods my sugar levels does not spike as much as the food here.
Drinking na culture for some oyibo people both male and female Some of the good one take as much as 6 cans of soft drink a day during hot weather

Hope you realize that diabetes can be cured.

Moving around with sensors and watching the glycemic response of the different food you eat does not lead to a cure. It only leads to you giving more money to the medical companies and the medical professionals.

Simply removed all carbohydrates from your diet.

Carbohydrates is not an essential nutrient.
Having type 2 diabetes means that you are obese, so you have stores of fats in your body that can keep.you going for over a year. Burn those fats instead of eating more carbohydrates.

Switch to keto diet for 6 months and see if the diabetes will not go away.

Without carbohydrates in the meal you don't have to take insulin or any other diabetes medications.

Within 6 months the diabetes will be cured.

Op, Type 2 diabetes is caused by several factors. They are in order of decreasing importance.
1. Insufficient fasting
2. Obesity
3. Eating excessive carbohydrates

The number 1 cause of type 2 diabetes is non stop eating. We now eat from 6 am when we wake up to 12 midnight when we about to go to bed. So blood insulin levels are continuously high 24/7

In the old days when we were growing up, there was no electricity. No fridge. We ate dinner latest by 7pm. And there is nothing else to eat after dinner because we go to bed between 8 and 9 pm at most.

And you have nothing else to eat until about 7 AM the next morning. That is a minimum of 12 hrs of not eating anything every single day. Today most people don't even have a 10hr window where they don't eat anything. We eat 3 large meals and uncountable snacks in-between those meals. We are continuously eating

The human body is not designed for continuous eating. A period of regular fasting is required to make the blood insulin levels to drop so that the sensitivity of the cells to insulin is preserved. If blood insulin levels remains perpetually high, then the sensitivity of the cells to insulin decreases and that is type 2 diabetes.

Continuous eating causes the blood insulin levels to remain continuously high.

4 CRITICAL REASONS WHY OIL PALM TREE WILL NOT BEAR FRUITS AT FULL MATURITY

If you are an oil palm farmer with a plantation of oil palm tree with 20% to 30% or more of the tree failure to bear fruits at age 4 and above then this article is for you and this article should resonate well with you so as to solve many problems related to fruits production in your oil palm plantation .Practically there are solutions to 3 of the 4 reasons why oil palm tree will not near fruits at full maturity but the 4th reason as no solution but to eradicate the palm tree and replace it with a viable F1 seedlings that is capable of bearing fruits within 3 to 4 years under good farm management .

LACK OF PROPER SOIL FERTILIZATION
Oil palm tree is an heavy feeder plant that require an adequate amount of soil nutrient to bear enough fruits amd the lack of it the yield will go down .within year 1 to 3 the palm tree under goes a vegetative growth which exhausted all the soil nutrient hence by year 3 to 4 when first fruits production is supposed to start the palm tree is left with no soil nutrient makes it impossible for fruit production to take place and the farmer becomes frustrated .

The solution to the problem is to amend the soil by applying both organic and inorganic fertiliser. The best way to apply organic manure such as cow waste or poultry waste is to dig some feet away around the base of each palm tree and apply the manure and then after some month during rain season the farmer can apply inorganic fertiliser.this process will ensure that enough soil nutrient is available to meet the palm tree nutrient need so as to bear fruits .Application of fertiliser like NPK should be a yearly routine programme if the farmer wants get good yield from their plantation .From my years of experience I can tell you with confidence that majority of oil small scale oil palm farmer do not apply fertiliser to their palm tree ,they leave it for nature to do the work and this leads to low annual yield of palm tree in Nigeria .see how to apply manure the picture attached below .

INADEQUATE INSECT POLLINATING AGENT
lack of this insect such as weevils and honey bees that are capable of cross pollinating the oil palm tree through their biological activities of moving the pollen grain from the male flower plant to the female stigma which later bears fruits ,the lack of this insect could lead to poor fruit production of oil palm tree .However in our regions here in oil palm growing regions this insect are available in the right amount to cross pollinate oil palm tree hence the majority of problems related to poor or lack of fruit production could be traced to other factors which are also explained in this article .During flowering stage of oil palm tree the farmer should avoid spraying insecticide that are capable of destroying this beneficial insect that aid Pollination. It is advisable not to spray any thing related to insecticide during the flowering stage in the oil palm plantation

INSUFFICIENT RAINFALL ,PROLONG DROUGHT AND HEAT
This factors could also lead to poor fruits production or lack of it .When an oil palm tree experience prolonged drought coupled by extreme heat then the fruits production for that year will be very low and harvest will decline .This is why Oil palm tree in the Western part of Nigeria will bear more fruits and increase yield than oil palm tree planted in the northern part of Nigeria .Another challenges that a farmer could encounter when there is no sufficient rainfall is flower abortion which leads to low yield .the entire part of western Nigeria and some states in the North central can boost oil adequate amount of annual rainfall that support the profitable oil palm farming in Nigeria .

PLANTING OF INFERIOR SEEDLINGS
Planting of inferior seedlings such as second filial
generation of seed called F2 harvested from an hybrid oil palm farm is the major reason why 70 percent of oil palm farms experience low yield Nigeria .Buying cheap seedlings from unreliable source with no prove of invoice or receipt from seed company as lead to many oil palm farmer losing their investment in oil palm farming .Most of these seedlings after 4 years of hardwork and investment will turn out to become male palm tree that bears only male flower hence no fruits can be harvest from the tree leading to loss of investment .There is no solution to help an unproductive oil palm tree of more than 5 years old to bear fruits .The farmer will have to uproot them and replant F1 seedling that is capable of bearing fruits within year 3 to 4 after planting and follow up with adequate soil fertilisation .

In conclusion ,the hybridization process of cross breeding PISIFERA which is a male shelless oil palm with DURA which is female thick shelled oil palm produces an heterozygote popularly called HYBRID TENERA F1 .Therefore if a farmer picks a seed kernel from a tenera palm fruits for the purpose of planting is called F2 which is not productive for commercial oil palm farming and this as been the major reason why many farms belonging to small scale farmers are not productive thereby loosing their investment .Such farms tend to produce more of Male palm trees instead of female palm trees that produce palm fruits .

Our commitment is to ensure that all oil palm farmer in Nigeria succeed and for more enquiries about our services call or what's app KKFARMS on 07062053560

There are many folks selling F2 oilpalm seedlings and claiming it is tenera seedlings that they are selling.

Even you OP, how are we sure those oilpalm seedlings in that your picture are not F2 oilpalm seedlings?

How did you come about the sprouted seeds?

Do you do the cross breeding to get the hybrid seeds?
