Yet all the women I keep talking to don't seem to want something to do with me.
I'm not being pathetic. That's how it is actually. There's always some other guy that outspends and competes for their attention.
The other ones I see are soo downright immature. Just babies masquerading as women, girls that have never faced adversity, girls that have no sense of responsibility. Attention-sucking leeches. Girls that can't even make up their own minds. Girls that keep running to their mothers for any single thing.
Other ones fancy themselves as hustlers and are always so difficult. Those ones are always competing with you for dominance. Soo crazy man.
And there are the brokies. Liabilities. No job. Nothing.
Omo I'm always so alone staying in my room, particularly at night. I feel soo alone.
I don't want a woman because of sex. Sex is sooo trivial. I honestly don't even care. Next time I have sex, it'd be to make a child.
I just don't know how single men honestly cope. It's so crazy out here Tell your pastor that you need a wife. He will arrange sister Mercy for you sharply. You might regret it if you go along this line. By the way why are you looking for a wife when you can not even build a simple relationship. I think you should work on yourself first. Build a relationship with someone you want and wants you in return, do not use your material things as baits to get a girl, as you have seen, there is always another man that has more material things than you have and can out compete you in that department. A man who can not do research and agree on what to grow wants to take a loan and invest in 100 hectare plantation.
I see tears ahead.
Moreover he is getting "consultant" to advice him on what to grow, another red flag.
My advice, tell him to learn to walk before attempting to run. He should not take any loan, he should start with what he has and start small, in a couple of years time he can expand.
On the choice of crops to grow, he should grow what his farm location is optimal for.
In the southwest cocoa or cashew is fine. In the South south and south east, oil palm is fine.
But he should also check his own technical knowledge before choosing what to grow. He should grow the crops that he has good knowledge on and that can do well in his farm location.
If he is in the south west, cocoa is good if he knows how to.maintain the plantation.
If is knowledge is deficient, then he should do cashew in the south west or oilpalm in the south south and south east.
Cocoa yield is very much affected by the field maintenance more than the case with oilpalm and cashew |

Karbswell: While you are preparing to venture into oil palm plantation farming, prepare your mind that the first 4 years will be your years of struggle and real time investment in human and material resources to ensure the sustainability of the oil palm farm . Withing the first two years some of the challenges we face in oil palm farming are weed management and rodents attack on young oil palm seedlings .These two challenges are capable of frustrating the farm owner to the extent of abandoning the farm .The best solution to this is to take a decisive action on weed management .Heavy weeds in oil palm farm attract rodents and other wild animal to fed on the young palm seedlings . Another common challenges in oil palm farming is failure to replace dead palm trees during year 2.By the end of year 1 every new oil palm is likely to experience reduction in plant population due to rodent attack or weeds infestation . Failure to replace dead palm trees will lead to reduction in plant population and loss of yield in the future . Another common challenges in oil palm farming which usually occur in year 3 to 4 is unproductive palm tree. At these stage fruition production should start and failure to achieve this maybe as a result of planting the wrong seedlings or planting of what we called F2 seedlings which takes longer period to start producing or become a barren plant .We always advised that when your oil palm tree is 4 years old without producing any fruits do not hesitate to cut it down and replace them with a Tenera oil palm of the highest grade quality . This is interesting.
For decades Islamic terrorists have been killing christians in northern Nigeria. The 80's and 90's saw yearly riots in northern Nigeria with thousands of christians and southerners killed. No one was ever held to account and the world looked the other way. The past 16 years or so has seen that metamorphosed into Boko Haram, instead of riots they now kill with bombs, ak47 and through country wide kidnapping.
It will be interesting to see how far Trump will be willing to go to punish Muslim terrorist impunity in Nigeria.
They have taken their terrorism to new heights in recent years, kidnapping and killing people all over the country with very little repercussions. |

Azazyel: Those are assumptions. They're not true. It doesn't reduce anyone's lifespan. Anything taken in excess is definitely harmful. Even fasting has to be done moderately. Consumption of veggies in excess too can be toxic even fruits. Nothing must be done in excess. Initially you didn't use the word "excessive". You just said proteins generally. I'll tell you now that the body needs proteins mostly out of the other classes of food. That doesn't mean the other classes of food should be forsaken. Proteins are so important for children, teenagers and adults. Fish, meat, egg, milk are quite proteinous. These foods must be part of your diet in one way or the other. The human body is not programmed to function properly without adequate proteins. I was expecting you to even say excess meat consumption is bad but you just packed everything together and said proteins. Meat is not the only proteinous food. There is also another misconception among you people that when people see protein in urine it means there's too much protein. It's actually not the case. Proteinuria has several underlying causes that is usually not due to protein itself. When pregnant women test positive for proteins in urinalysis, it is usually normal in small levels. It doesn't necessarily mean their kidneys are damaged or that they took too much protein. The initial discussion was on carnivore diet and that is what I was responding to. Note that carnivore diet consists entirely of meat and animal products, excluding all other foods. So I don't not have to use the word excessive in my reply because carnivore diet is already excessive intake of animal protein. |

You can do your own research about high protein intake and association with terminal diseases and lifespan impact. I am not here to teach you. This was even part of the secondary school biology curriculum years back. I am sure you missed that section of the biology curriculum. Before you ignorantly reply me. Go to your favorite search engine and ask if excessive consumption of protein reduces lifespan. |

Azazyel: Proteins don't reduce lifespan. Please stop all these fallacies. Everyone has what works for them. My grandpa couldn't do without eggs and meat even in old age and he died just recently at the age of 92. He even died peacefully. He still even had a good memory and can remember a whole lot from many years ago. Proteins are very essential in every human's body. I eat meat, milk and eggs a lot and I can tell you that I can't even remember the last time I fell sick. I used to come down with malaria and all sorts but when I started getting serious with meat, fish, milk and eggs, it was as if I wasn't the same person anymore. My skin even became so fresh and my hair started looking better. Proteins are very important with adequate exercise to stay fit. If you don't take enough of them, you'll be malnourished and fall sick regularly. They are the building blocks of your body. Stop discouraging people. Vegetables and fruits cannot replace the work of those foods I mentioned there. Do you know the meaning of balanced diet? I told him to eat balanced diet instead of carnivore diet and you are rambling. |

Proteins reduce human lifespan.
Carnivore diet on the long run will reduce your lifespan.
Best approach is to eat balanced diet and do intermittent fasting.
Avoid continuous eating, have a daily fasting window like 7pm to 7am when you don't eat anything with calories. |

My late relative's husband has a candidate he is supporting. So the morning of same day his wife was abducted, an anonymous caller called him to ask if he would return from his trip same day. Recall he had taken his children back to boarding school same day the incident happened. He left with the children in the morning and they struck in the night of same day. This called hid his number, called and asked if he would return same day, then went further to warn him about his support for a particular candidate. The caller said,"I 'll show you" Till date we don't know who called.
Pls how do we get to find the caller? Is it possible to find out? The network provider should be able to get the number that called the husband even though the number was hidden. You need to get a High court order asking the network provider to give the details of all calls received by the husband on that day to aid the investigation. You police IPO can apply for the court order and you can take the court order to the Network provider. I think you already have a strong lead here that can crack the case. Also, ensure that they take DNA samples from the corpse if actually she was raped. The assailant DNA from his sperm will nail him once he has been arrested. |

There is nothing wrong with the Law. Plea bargain is already about minimum sentence and it is there because of Law It does not feel right to me. Criminal sentence should carry some element of deterrence for future crimes. Giving a fraudster 6 months sentence and counting it from when he was arrested is not deterrent enough. That is why after the sentence they still return to the crime that they were prosecuted for. |

Namaster: Everybody in Nigeria KNOWS at least one Yahoo Boy. In fact, some people have turned Yahoo into Family Business. You'll find 2 or 3 siblings ALL actively engaging in Yahoo.
Many of them, with the BLESSINGS and encouragement of their parents.
Some business models exist SOLELY because of Yahoo Boys.
And the macro-economic IMPACTS of these thieving RASCALS is debilitating!
House rents are through the roof in areas that have ZERO business with expensive house rents.
Prices of some very SPECIFIC cars have ballooned beyond reason because they've become the defacto cars of Yahoo Boys.
In fact, successful young men with legitimate means of income CANNOT drive those cars without being branded as an UNDERCOVER Yahoo Boy.
Some people blame POVERTY. Others blame the exponential DECADENCE of the Nigeria society that GLORIFIES fraud to the point of social PRESTIGE.
But the Nigerian Courts should take MAJORITY of the blame!
EFCC would conduct a STING and arrest Yahoo boys in number of 10s and 20s.
And Nigerian Courts will SET THEM FREE with just a fine as LOW as #100,000.
Nigerian Courts allow CRIMINALS to destroy the reputation of the entire population for less than $70.
This is MADNESS!
EFCC seems to be arresting them EVERYDAY. Yet they seem to INCREASE in number every day.
Now, we know why.
Nigerian Authorities are doing CATCH-and-RELEASE with these CRIMINAL Yahoo Boys.
This is an article POSTED by EFCC on their website about 15 Yahoo Boys that were arrested and FREED in Benin: https://www.efcc.gov.ng/efcc/news-and-information/news-release/9244-court-sends-15-internet-fraudsters-to-jail-in-edo
MADNESS! You did not identify the real problem. These boys get light sentences in court because the EFCC gives them plea bargains with light sentences. EFCC is unable to secure convictions through normal trials in many cases so they resort to pushing the boys for lenient plea bargains. EFCC go for this because they can count the convictions as evidence of their working and put that in their statistics, while the boys go for the plea bargain because it leaves them off the hook in no time. In some cases the jail time is even offset from the time they were in detention prior to sentencing. The laws need to be changed to regulate the minimum sentence that can be arranged through plea bargains. |

bnet1010: The Silent Farm Killers: How Worker Theft, Human Errors, and Machine Faults Steal Your Profits and How to Stop Them
Farming is tough work that requires diligent planning and a well calculated moves. You till the soil, plant with hope, nurture your crops or livestock, and pray for a good harvest. But sometimes, even when nature is kind, profits still slip away. The culprits? Not droughts or pests this time, but something less obvious the silent killers of farm profit: worker theft, human errors, and machine faults. These are problems that don’t make headlines like droughts or locusts, but they quietly drain your pocket season after season. The good news is that you can fight back. Let’s break down how these silent killers operate and, more importantly, how you can stop them.
1. Worker Theft – The Invisible Leak in Your Harvest No farmer likes to admit it, but sometimes the people you trust on your farm may be the ones quietly robbing you. Worker theft doesn’t always come as a dramatic heist it’s often small, steady, and disguised as “nothing serious.”
for more info: https://bnethub.com/human-error-and-farm-theft/ Worker theft is very serious and very rampant. Last year I stopped all plantain farming because of excessive theft of plantain bunches in the field. Before the plantain is matured enough for harvest, it would have been stolen, and that is the end for that plantain stand. Why should I spend money to nurture plantain for 1 year and some idiots just steal it in one night? |

malali: Limits of Cabin Crew Authority and the Uyo Incident
Contrary to popular framing, the central issue in this incident is not “a stubborn passenger refusing to turn off her phone” but the unlawful overreach of a cabin crew member whose authority under both Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) regulations and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards does not extend to physical detention or arrest without an imminent safety threat and captain’s authorisation.
1. Scope of Cabin Crew Authority
Cabin crew are tasked with enforcing safety compliance, but their powers are narrowly defined. • ICAO Annex 6, Part I, Chapter 13.2.1: “The pilot-in-command shall be responsible for the safety of all crew members, passengers and cargo on board… and shall have final authority as to the disposition of the aircraft during flight time.” → This means only the captain has enforcement authority in-flight; crew act under delegation, not personal discretion. • NCAA Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs) Part 19.7.3: “Cabin crew shall ensure that passengers comply with safety instructions and shall report instances of noncompliance to the pilot-in-command.” → Reporting, not unilateral physical enforcement, is the stated role.
2. Lawful Restraint Threshold • NCAA CARs 19.7.5(a) permits restraint “to prevent acts which jeopardize the safety of the aircraft or persons therein.” → A switched-on phone in “safety mode” — while a regulatory violation — does not in itself meet “jeopardy” threshold unless it directly interferes with aircraft systems. • ICAO Doc 9811 (Manual on the Implementation of ICAO Security Provisions, §4.2.5) warns against the use of force in “nonviolent noncompliance” situations, advocating de-escalation and post-flight enforcement via law enforcement.
3. Unlawful Restraint Risk Under Nigerian Criminal Code: • Section 365 defines unlawful deprivation of liberty as detaining any person “without lawful cause.” • Section 366 extends liability to anyone who unlawfully confines or restrains another person, even temporarily.
Once the hostess physically prevented the passenger’s free movement without an imminent threat and without law enforcement present, the act crossed into potential unlawful restraint. This is particularly critical because cabin crew are not sworn officers.
4. Escalation Misconduct Rather than following protocol — documenting the violation, informing the captain, and involving security upon landing — the crew member initiated a physical confrontation mid-cabin, leading to damage of the passenger’s clothing. • This outcome is inconsistent with ICAO Annex 17, 4.3.7, which mandates that “screening and control measures shall be applied in a manner which is efficient, effective and avoids unnecessary inconvenience or offence.”
5. “Other Passengers Complied” – A Legal Irrelevance Passenger rights are individual; compliance by others has no bearing on the lawfulness of force used against one passenger. • ICAO guidance and NCAA enforcement policies treat each passenger’s case separately. • Group behaviour does not legitimise an otherwise unlawful individual action.
6. Power Intoxication Indicators Behavioural red flags suggesting power intoxication rather than legitimate safety enforcement: 1. Over-personalisation of noncompliance as defiance against crew authority. 2. Escalation to physical confrontation without captain’s formal order. 3. Public humiliation and avoidable physical contact, creating reputational damage for the airline.
The legal ceiling for cabin crew authority ends at: 1. Issuing the safety instruction. 2. Reporting noncompliance to the captain. 3. Implementing restraint only in the presence of a credible, imminent threat to flight safety.
By ICAO Annex 6, NCAA CARs, and the Nigerian Criminal Code, this incident demonstrates: • No imminent safety threat justifying force. • No lawful arrest authority by the air hostess. • Clear deviation from international best practices in passenger handling.
This was not safety enforcement , it was a public act of power overreach, executed outside the legal boundaries of aviation authority.
References: 1. ICAO Annex 6, Part I, Chapter 13.2.1 – Pilot-in-Command Authority. 2. NCAA Civil Aviation Regulations, Part 19.7.3 & 19.7.5 – Cabin Crew Duties and Restraint Criteria. 3. ICAO Doc 9811, §4.2.5 – Handling of Nonviolent Noncompliance. 4. ICAO Annex 17, 4.3.7 – Application of Screening and Control Measures. 5. Nigerian Criminal Code, Sections 365–366 – Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty. Nice analysis. I will not book a flight with an airline that can send me to prison over trivial issues like switching off a phone versus the phone being on airplane mode. And the airline came up with a lie in their statement, that they called security after the lady refused to disembark from the plane, when they were the ones that restrained the lady from disembarking with the other people on the flight. |

Karbswell: OIL PALM FARMING AND HOW YOU CAN ACQUIRE FARMLAND IN GOVERNMENT RESERVES AND FARM SETTLEMENT IN NIGERIA
When you cultivate crops like oil palm tree you are not just farming but you are cultivating your freedom .Freedom from poverty and gradual journey to financial freedom. In the past couples of year fresh palm oil is being sold for 500 naira per litre and today the price is hovering around 1,500 to 2000 naira per litre with 25 litres keg being sold for 45k to 50k in the rural areas where we farm oil palm tree ,the price expected to skyrocket in subsequent months .Imagine the kind of revenue farmers and investors who planted palm trees 5 to 6 years ago are generating as at today .however we are not just talking about farmers and investors who planted palm but those who planted the right seedlings and went through the hard labor to nurture their plant .Indeed they are the lucky ones selling palm oil locally at the rate of 1500 to 2000 naira per litre as at today .
With less than 65 palm trees on an acre it as been proven that best the grade of tenera can yield 1,300 to 1500 litre of palm oil at full maturity while the lower grade of tenera called F2 seedlings will yield less than 700 litre per acre more reason why at @kkfarms we always advise our farmers to plant the best grade of tenera no matter the selling price it will reward you in the long run .
I think the greatest challenges of oil palm farming is acquisition of farmland ,now to acquire an acre of family land in the rural side it will cost you between 300k to 400k per acre and when you consider that you maybe needing up to 5 to 10 acres farmland to start a small scale farm and with this price how much would one needs to buy 10 acres of land and still have money left to set up and manage the farm ?.this is where the decision to consider acquiring land in a government reserve farmland and farm settlement in your respective state is the best way to go .
This year only we have acquire over 120 acres of farmland at the rate of 170k per acre for nigerians and Nigerians in diaspora which we are planting palm trees ,cocoa and plantain at moment .pictures of work done shall be attached to this article .The land is under the management of Ife forest reserve as the case maybe and all you have to do is to pay annual dues or tax and attend farmers association meeting at the farm settlement you acquire land .My recent research shows that there are many local farmers farming on this land for the past 30 years and according to them provided you are paying annual taxes which is less than 30k per annum to the state and communal taxes you continue to farm on those land and handover the ownership to your children whenever you retire ..My only advise is that if you want to acquire land in farm settlement and government reserves ensure that the farmland is located more than an hour drive away from the nearest town or residential areas so as to avoid estate management people from encroaching your farmland under the reserve .Having read this ,lack of funds to acquire farmland should not be your excuses and the good news is that these reserved land and settlement are located in some south west state that I know such as Osun ,Ogun and ondo .I do not know of Oyo state but if you are very rich go and buy your land from family owners or community chiefs .
We are still in the early season of oil palm planting and incase your farmland is ready you and engage with us to set up your farms within and outside south west we are ready to go .
Contact us at KKFARMS on 07062053560 For further discussions Nice info. With the much lower yield from F2 tenera plants, why are people selling F2 seedlings and not informing the buyers? |

ttoyetade: Diabetes doesn't go away. Once you start eating the same food that makes you diabetes, it comes back. Just like malaria doesn't go away, once you treat malaria and you allow mosquitoes to feast on you, the malaria comes back. If you reverse diabetes you have to eat healthy to remain healthy. If you return to eating food that spike your blood sugar and causes a corresponding insulin spike, then the insulin resistance and diabetes will return. The human body is not designed for non stop eating and excessive eating of processed carbohydrates without intermittent fasting periods. Abusing the body through poor diet and poor lifestyle is what is causing the diabetes epidemic. |
