I get you,but these are not enough reasons to demand a separate country.
All what you mentioned can be effectively addressed by restructuring the current system.
It will benefit Igbos more to continue as Nigerians ( atleast,for now) until such a time they're well prepared.
Igbos suffered a great deal to get to their present stage in the nation since after the war and it will be plain stupidity to lose all what they've achieved in their quest for Biafra. Infact,Igbos should be the ones at the fore front of championing a united Nigeria until such a time they're ready for their on country,which sadly is not yet ripe.
Tribalism,religious extremism,bad leadership,unhealthy competition and discrimination,lack of development etc are still very much present in SE.
What Igbos should do now is to hold their leaders and elites accountable for the resources under their control,start thinking homewards in investments and to push for restructuring of the country.

I agree that restructuring will solve most of these things.

But these Northern oligarchy will never settle for it, that's why all Southerners should support Secession so that

Referendum is organized by the UN. The constitution of Nigeria does not allow it unless the UN vetoed it.

If the Northern youth truly wants the Igbos to live their North the only way to do that is to help IPOB pressure their legislature since they have majority. This is the fastest way.

Or IPOB will continue their agitation nd pressures the UN To veto Nigerian law and conduct a referendum. This way is not easy but possible.
