1. Talent drain
Africa's best are playing for former colonial masters and European nations i.e. Belgium, France, England, Netherlands, Germany etc

2. Technical ability
Africa is sorely lacking in this dept. We don't know how to manipulate an opponent when things ate not going our way i.e. getting free kick in ideal spots, corner kick set plays.

3. Africa doesnt play like Africa again
Decades ago African teams were known as being physical, fast and powerful. We attacked from the wings with prolific dribblers and strong finishers.

Now African players have spent so much time overseas, their whole makeup has changed. Food is different, lifestyle is different,level of desperation is different. The African player has become a European player without the discipline, work ethic or technical know how of their European or South American counterparts.

The inferiority complex is a problem. I attended an interview recently, come and see the way the panel of interviewers were falling for another applicant because he is White.

So true, Indians and Chinese in Nigeria are treated like superior beings. But if you tell some of our ppl that they will say...that you are the one that is not qualified enough.
