wow the house is dead quiet. please those with their status reading CV based cleared awaiting scheduled interview... have any of you been been Invited for interview.. please let's speak up

@bukkyche, u have done well to douse d tension but u dint tell us if ur offer was for management trainee or not. regards.

seems bukkyche has not collected his letter or he is not excited with what he saw in the letter, otherwise he should have shared with the house Wats inside the letter at least.

so my question is where is GIS getting the money to organize exit training when Oct and nov stipends remain unpaid, I shake my head for this country. people deceiving people.

my study of the recruitment process so far shows DAT Dangote is recruiting for the refinery in two forms, one is aptitude, psychometry, interview based which I believe is for freshers and graduates with less Dan one experience , the other method is CV based for graduates with abt 1,2 or 3 years experience.

it seems after the apt test and other stages dey still reviewed some cv's and found dem worthy of the CV based process, as in the case of bukkyche who did apt test and the other stages and still got an invite to be interviewed again.

I took out time to look at some already employed management trainee for the dangote refinery and noticed DAT most of them have at least 2 years experience and masters. so maybe Dangote is lookin at mixing mildly experienced guys with little or no experience guys to blend together in the programme.

I had my second interview(and I pray is d last) this week with dem and I urge everyone to take a chill pill, what is yours is yours, if u are destined for this job, nothing can stop u.

@bukkyche where did u do ur final interview, was it at bourdillion, also kindly check ur status on their website and see wat it says. regards.

in other words u had 3 interviews so far, vi, ikoyi and Ikeja respectively.

@cesctotti please where was d venue of ur interview.. was it ikoyi or Ikeja.. regards

@bukkyche please did u write aptitude test? if yes I should agree with ur interview format. as for me I did not write apt test.. and my 1st interview is quite different from wat u described above.. let's just say dey are interviewing some people based on experience and others as entry level especially those DAT don't have any experience at all.

d interview is simply strait from ur CV... be able to explain wat eva u put in ur CV. I have also 2years + experience so I believe Dangote is looking g for people dey will train eventually. so in summary d interview is strictly ur CV based.

@4522 let's start with.... Hw many years experience do u have? DAT would give me an idea of how to advice u... regards...

@bb4523 I have similar status on my application in dia portal. plz have u done any interview with dem recently, cus I already don an interview with dem and am also scheduled for another next week at their bourdilion office ikoyi. so let's rub mind and know the way forward OK...

thanks guys, i called the number that sent me text and an indian voice was what i heard, i will give it a try and pay the sacrifice and see what eventually comes out of it. thanks for your opinions. will get back to everyone on the outcome.
