Ecomontinero:
Hello house, please I need an expert opinion. I've been having issues with my whatsapp for some weeks now, when I switch on my data, it refuses to connect, I can't send messages, can't do anything on it, but when I connected to a friends Wi-Fi, it was working for a while. I've been to the mtn office to complain about it, but they couldnt fix the problem, after all their tech work, they suggested that the issue was not from their end, that my phone may be unable to operate whatsapp....
I use a TECNO W3, and I've been using whatsapp on it before the issue started, so I'm really at a loss to what's wrong...

backup your data and do a factory reset of the phone
