Are you really sure of what you are saying? I know the owner of Ocean Bay Estate. I have a completed twin-duplex in the estate and even subscribed for block of flats two years ago. As at November 2007, you cannot get a flat for NGN 8.0M, talkless of now. Who owns this flat you are talking about? I would advise all NairaLanders to beware of this advert. |
