Where exactly at Ogunjobi Street is the land?

Any other associated hidden fees like annual maintenance fee?

Are you really sure of what you are saying? I know the owner of Ocean Bay Estate. I have a completed twin-duplex in the estate and even subscribed for block of flats two years ago. As at November 2007, you cannot get a flat for NGN 8.0M, talkless of now.

Who owns this flat you are talking about? I would advise all NairaLanders to beware of this advert.

I am interested in the 3 bedroom apartment; however, I don't think there is swimming pool and gynamsium in Ocean Bay Estate now although there is a plan to build these soon. Please contact me on adeyinka@telus.net

Please note that this is my personal house. The road you are talking about is only good for 4x4. You can turn right before the 4th roundabout to link Alpha Beach Road. Then turn left on Alpha Beach Road.
