Spending money untop the one u already lost

The banks will do nothing. B4 dey can do anything to d said account, u will be asked to bring a court order... In fact, the bank will only frustrate their effort.

write a petition against the fraudster to the Efcc, or u could report to the police but mind u, Nigeria police go first open business for una head. So going through the Efcc will be better bcus dey won't ask for a cent but u will have to be patient, bcus it could be up to 2 weeks b4 dey respond to your petition. If u decide to go to d bank by urself, dey won't mind u. They will always ask for a court order b4 dey can release d fraudster account details and block d account.

I think the compromised ATM card is still active and the fraudsters that wiped her account are still transacting with it.

but the bank told us dat d ATM card have been deactivated, dat we can make deposit

if withdraw was authorized using her atm and pin, the bank wil never accept been liable

nope... she changed her ATM card and the pin.. the banker dat was supposed to disable d previous ATM card didn't do even after she was issued another card

that's first bank for you.my mom lost #250k last two years when her ATM card was compromised and they did nothing till date even when some of the money was transferred to another first bank customer.

so sorry.... This happened bcus d banker dat was suppose to disable d previous ATM card didn't do it due to negligence... d compromise came from Dem... when we go to d bank on Monday, it's either d bank kills her or dey find solution
