CoachBush: We Igbos should stop making things more difficult for the Igbo community in lagos
More difficult as how? Igbos should not give 1 inch of their patrimony in Lagos to anybody! If Nigeria has expired .....Yorubas should tell us....make we shared assets and liabilities!
esnbrutality: So na IGBO man follow develop the same LAGOS claimed by people based in Oshogbo and Ibadan?
Chai.. propaganda can only go far to an extent.
This is really newsworthy.
The university of lagos wey yorubas dey take shine....was concieved and built under An NCNC minister of education! Your stock exchange was inspired by its first chairman Odimegwu Ojukwu....NO NIGERIA history without 5 chapters for igbo contribution!
The economy that APC cannot destroy does not exist! The twin financial terrors...anuka and adaka ( Buhari and Tinubu) are the 2 most incompetent leaders in contemporary African history! Clueless to the core!
zero8zero: How would you control inflation if there's more money in the system. As long as the economy is being stabilized, the value of naira becomes stronger. And if US are that bothered, they can help us with $20billion world bank loan like they helped Argentina.
the 20billion dollars that yoruba administration has collected...wetin una take am do! There is no hiding place for this ojota activists regime......we will swim or drown by your economic policies!
Validated: NATO should just deploy 100000 troops to Ukraine. Putin is overstretched his luck already.
I hope your slow behind is ready for a nuclear war........Russia is the worlds largest nuclear weapons power! You do not buy their neighbours to act as a staging outpost to undermine Russia especially as western Europe has a history of trying to invade Russia, Sweden tried in the 1700s, france tried in 1812 and Germany tried in 1941..................You want Russia to allow NATO build military and intelligence outposts in Ukraine...? It is like Russia going to canada or mexico to build military alliances and to station russian nuclear missiles in those nations...........USA will never stand for it! Why you feel Russia will stand for it is beyond me!
I hope this is not another the more you look, the less you see....typical of southeast projects.........which are always "in the pipeline" or ''ear marked"...I know why I say so, all i can see in the picture is 10 feet of heaped sand, 1 shovel and a tipper! just sayin!
SatoshiX: Ask yourself are there many igbos in the Army to start with? The other time, Frank Mba had to hurriedly promoted from ACP till he gets to DIG just to fill in the SE gap at the top of the Police ranking. Even during the last recruitment exercise, one of the SE governors came out to complain about the low show of interest by his people. So who do we blame? The institution or your people? Look in the mirror for the answer
Oga go and sit down.....if you have nothing meaningful to add to the topic
Max24: Tinubu is a bold and visionary leader. When he started this CNG thing Obi and Obidients derided him. Now see how govs and everyone is embracing it as it is cheaper to use. Tinubu is light years ahead of Obi in vision and capability.
Innosson started building CNG buses b4 Escobar rigged himself into power! In fact they are curretly building the largest commercial bus assembly plant
sreamsense: Always remember to pray for south west that is giving you food and hosting you too. How can Holy Ghost to Nzukka within the same state with CNG be N2500. You are making things harder for yourself? Without CNG to Nzukka will now be how much? He suppose to designate two or three buses to tertiary institutions like ESUT,UNEC,IMT,UNN Nzukka etc and lower the price a bit for them. Anyway, we also thank Tinubu that make states to now have enough money to embark on meaningful projects and we also thank him for conquering ipob and ekpa that liberate people from Monday Monday sit at home imprisonment
Lest I forget, please also update me about how many ADC and LP candidates have won so far in this bye elections
Southwest feeding southeast........probably in your fetish filled fantasies
Yoruba ronuites do not have the gragra for this kind of daggers drawn kind of war........leave that one for ndigbo and edo people! If na oral gunfire, you can invite them!
SINCE HE TOOK OVER MAKING IRRELEVANT COMMENTS THINGS HAVBE JUST GOTTEN WORST IN ANAMBRA.
KIDNAPPERS EVERYWHERE AND CRIME IS OUT OF CONTROL.
THIS IS NOT OUR ANAMBRA UNDER OBI OR OBIANO.
OBI CLEANED UP ANAMBRA AND OBIANO MAINTAINED THE ZERO CRIME TOLERANCE.
SOLUDO A GOSSIPER IS TOO BUSY CALLING IGBO CRIMINALS TO DO ANYTHING.
IF THINGS CONTINUE LIKE THIS THEN, NO 2ND TERM, GOING TO SEE TINUBU IS FURTHER INVITING PROBLEM OF RIGGING TO ANAMBRA STATE.
You actually beat me to it, I really wanted to blast Soludo administration for the past few days............He has gone back to his old ways of making trivial and flippant statements about the condition of our dear Anambra state! He has a nack of demarketing his own product! How do you keep on saying ndigbo and ndianambra are 100% responsible for kidnapping in Anambra state......( even if it is true! and its a largely inaccurate statement anyway) !!
To make matters worse, he has taken his eyes off the security ball completely, he is busy politicking right now! Who is the state Security czar again? I have always doubted Soludo"s managerial and admin acumen, who is his Chief of staff? where is the legacy security institutions and architecture he is building? Let him learn from Patrick Mba of Enugu state on how to run a 21st century security network! Getting ndimpiwazu touts and asawana special forces will not do the whole job! Those are stop gap measures! where are the drones, where are the decryption and decoding machines for tracking calls, where are the cctv cameras, where are the trained personnel?
Cultists, kidnappers and fulani herdsmen have almost overun Anambra in the last few weeks.....where are the reforms of the criminal justice system........do we need firearms, robbery and kidnapping courts or even tribunals! We need to take the fight to these criminals! enough is enough for pete's sake! How can criminals numbering less than 10,000 individuals take our sleep from us!
Meanwhile soludo is spending millions upon millions walling off and barricading people's home and residences from viewing the state house from their homes! What utter nonsense, You could have planted large shade trees on the state house side and private home owners side of the boulevard as long as 3 years ago! Why has soludo surrounded himself with people who have absolutley no initiative! na wa o....I just get pissed at his tardiness and tackiness sometimes! He has to declare an immediate emergency on criminality and fight it with technology and vexation!
His demands were put forward and communicated to Mr. Trump. With the stakes of this meeting, it was expected that both sides would just meet and shake hands, Trump had even touted a second meeting involving the Ukrainian president, that must have come from a place of certain levels of reassurances.
It’s not Trump’s war, Putin doesn’t need him to visit to end the war.
My analysis, I see an escalation in the war and an alright American support for NATO/Ukraine. Trump just learned that certain levels of madness cannot be cured by ‘cutting a deal’.
Bring it on? You think Russia is Libya abi you feel it is Burkina Faso.........or you think Russia is Ndigbo in Lagos that every tom, dick and oluomo can order around! I hope you have enuff food and medicine stored; the nuclear war you guys want nay just happen B
Mrchippychappy: But seriously, jokes apart , Kwara never had this problem until about the start of this year. How do these bandits move into new territory without the security operatives noticing?
Clearly this is a gradual push down south.
This is no joke, Kwara shares boundaries with numerous peaceful South Western States.
Must Nigeria be plunged into total chaos and anarchy before the Government uses brute force and an iron fist to destroy these terrorists? What would it take?
peaceful southwest states? okay o
Kwara that was very peaceful as recent as last year don enter their own crisis now.
What must be done to call a spade a spade in Nigeria? How much lives must be lost before we tell people an inconvenient truth that they have been turning a blind eye towards?
Jakumo: A couple of years ago, an American missionary working as a volunteer with his wife in Niger, West Africa, was kidnapped, and taken across the border into northern Nigeria. This brilliantly reenacted video clip chronicles the preparation and execution of a highly choreographed hostage rescue mission that kicked off when special forces operatives breathing from oxygen tanks jumped out of an aircraft cruising 25 thousand feet up in the night sky, and silently steered their parachutes to within striking range of the encampment where the American citizen was being held by armed terrorists.
With American military assistance, Nigeria's terrorist problem would be consigned to the history books in a matter of months as drones operating with AI target acquisition capability would be launched to neutralize kidnap/herder/bandit gangs with surgical precision from the air, until there are no further targets left to annihilate.
YesDaddyTill203: Lagos deserves all the favour that it can get. You people are all leaving your region and coming to Lagos daily. Lagos deserves more than what it's getting now with the way people are trooping into Lagos from everywhere, especially from the SE. We need our land back. I will be glad if people can go back to wherever they are coming from. I don't consider overpopulation as development. That's why I left Lagos city and now reside in the town in Lagos State.
Continue to bite southeast witchcraft in terms of projects sir....tomorrow you start complaining that too many people are in Lagos! Your wickedness will always find you out!
wolesmile: But seriously, I think most people make use of ChatGPT for educative information more than more than other AI apps. I like gemini too, and meta AI (WhatsApp and Facebook) and Perplexity (WhatsApp) The only thing i like most about Grok is its sense of humour.
Why you go like am? Grok tells you the truth unedited by your English colonial overlords!
MrHyde: The airline should be sanctioned, there is a procedure for demobilizing an individual, there are tools for that. A tazer can come in handy but exposing and dragging that lady like that for the whole world to see even if she is a mad woman is barbaric!
tazing can kill a person with weak heart or even a person with high BP!
RealLordZeus: This is what will likely happen to Nigeria if we allow secession of any kind.. We are going to split into as much as 20 nations which will attract several civil wars and a lot of humanitarian crises.
I was just thinking this morning about the possibility of having a monarchial system like the king of malaysia in Western Nigeria in the event of a successful split. The Yorubas are kind of like the only largest tribe with a bit of homogeneity yet, in such a scenario, there is likely going to be a civil war between the Oni of Ife and Alaafin of Oyo, in the past, there may be some arrangement that keeps the power in check but these current set of monarch will never agree to such arrangement
What is the kiriji wars then? Ndigbo are far more homogeneous
[quote author=ProudlyLagos post=136393723] Tinubu is the president of The FRN and he prioritises all region. Forget about all the noise of marginalisation from some opposition politicians and league of election losers Tinubu will leave Nigeria better than he met it after he completes his 8yrs in office [/quote
Come back when your presidentawards duch a huge project anywhere in the southeast! Its all a matter of time!]
I was with a state government official recently when he said that Akwa Ibom is on the coat tail of his state (Ondo) and may likely surpass Ondo as the highest producer of cocoa in a few years.
Interestingly, I also heard that many of the farm hands and workers in Ondo cocoa farms are from Akwa Ibom. Many of the original owner families were stopped showing much interest in the farms when cocoa prices was depressed for so many years. Now that prices have shot through the roof, they are returning to reclaim their farms.
Nigeria should certainly take advantage of the current international market situation.
Cross River State is the highest producer of cocos
kettykin: I read this and I weep for Nigeria. I read where soldiers were shooting at markets and innocent traders and I reserve my comments. It seems Hitler was a saint. Why is heaven still allowing a useless entity to still exist.
I have been wondering why despite the numbers of church goers why Nigeria has been drifting endlessly like a de orbited planet. Now I have a clue. I wish Nigeria all the shreds of luck
Nigerians and even Igbo downplay the atrocities committed by the British inspired nigerian army! However I do not blame the north or yoruba ppl....I blame the british....their divine justice cometh!
