Common sense should tell you that for every advert to be made public, it would have been captured in the organisations budgetary proposals except where the organisation failed to defend it properly before the Senate during budget defence then the recruitment will suffer some setback. If FCSC had had problems defending it's proposals especially with respect to this recruitment, it wouldn't have proceeded to this stage of the whole process.
