you are deceiving yourself. If small food can be loaded on small vehicles it will take 10 small vehicles to transport that same size of food whereas it’ll take one single truck. You’ll pay 10 smaller vehicles and the price hikes because 10 smaller vehicles will buy fuel for 10 vehicles and thus the food will also become expensive in the east cos plenty vehicles were used to bring them. It also causes strain on ur roads cos more smaller vehicles on a road will wear it down compared to lesser small vehicles, road will expire soon and u will be forced to repair it.

Be doing urself anyway u face. Best to reconstruct that Enugu makurdi road so food becomes cheaper in enugu make ur old people no suffer and young people can see change do something else. Fg will reimburse u

dangote is not losing. It is south east and south south people that are losing. Dangote will simply charge more to haulage cement down to south east and south south. Cement becomes more expensive in south east and south south. Likewise food will become more expensive in south east and south south as trailers charge more from middle men to distribute their food to the east. The buck lies in south east consumers who are still earning poor but paying for exorbitant cement and food produce because their state govenrment don’t want to construct federal road and be reimbursed by federal govt.

If you had to choose between generating funds and charity you'd not think twice before following the Governor's footsteps. A State Central Park will generate revenue for the State upon completion, while an opposition Party Governor who chooses to sink money in a FG owned project can only expect to be owed for a long time. Governance is not about disbursing funds and handing out treats like the Gov is a dark Santa, the State will go broke before long.

Umahi was in PDP an opposition party when he built federal roads in Ebonyi yet APC replenished his budget to Ebonyi state coffers.

Mbah should do same. Different parties don’t matter, besides the minister is from his neighbouring state and will easily approve of the refund.

Some governors, our own will not, we have alternative, nearly all the state in south east south south and Middle belt use that road, and northern trailers too, we are not building it. Instead the terminal might have another road to Nsukka that trailers and other heavy duty still won't use.

your enugu lives people will be perishing. Be thinking you’re doing northerners or middle belters. It is even going to affect the economy of ur state as food produce that arrive from north will be utterly expensive for Enugu people.

Akwa Ibom built their federal roads up to Abia border.

They are also very reluctant to move into Igbo land to dwell and base.

The few Akwa Ibom women who married Igbo men, married Igbo men who dwell and base in Akwa Ibom full time, if you dare mention that you’ll be taking her back to the East, that marriage will not hold.
