As a staunch Ebonyian and Dave Umahi number 0 (0 comes before 1) fan, I wholly support the infrastructural reconstruction of SE roads by Tinubu and Dave Umahi, alongside Tinubu's passage of South East Development Commission Bill into law.

Also, the supplementary bill passed into law captures the funding for port Harcourt to maiduguri railway.

This railway connects my beloved beautiful and homely Abakaliki(Ebonyi state), to Port Harcourt, Owerri, Enugu, Anambra and Aba, terminating to North East.

If it normalises to 120/80 or less than 130/85 you can "suspend" taking it for one week. Then in one week, check your BP, if higher than 130/85 start taking it again for like 4 days then check your BP. So it is on and off, depending on what your BP says. But whenever you stop taking it, please re-check your BP in one week time to know if it has returned to range of re-starting the medication.
