There is such a thing as student copy of transcript. The university should immediately issue the student her "student copy of transcript", and it should be adequately signed, stamped, and dated by the relevant authority in the school management.

Every student deserves a copy of his or her student copy of transcript directly issued to the student via a letter, or through email, without it being sent to another school, so far as the student has duly applied for the student copy and paid all necessary fee attached to it.

This is completely different from official copy of transcript which can only be issued to another school on behalf of the student. Without it going through the student. There are two forms of transcript, official and unofficial otherwise known as student copy. The latter is issued directly to the student after payment of subscribed fee and must be done urgently. The school should stop toying around or lose the confidence of parents. They will likely face court limitations if they keep on holding back to student copy of transcript. They should stop forthwith from acting like they don't understand or know what student copy of transcript means. Give that student her student copy immediately or face court and fine in tens of millions of naira.

The guy have so much courage. I remember the first time, second time and third time police collect money from me, I couldn't do anything. The first was 150k, they lied that my papers does not have "I have forgotten the name of what they called" when I told some drivers and boys around, none and absolutely none of them have ever heard of such in all their life and day to day existence, until date even if my papers are very much correct, I prefer to go through the long route than pass through them, which is sometimes causing me lots of fuel. As na only me dey dis life, no helper, people dey easily dey oppress me all the time. It Is well sha.

He does not have a blood brother or sister who is financially buoyant so he's very wary getting into troubles or starting what he can't finish. We the kids often ask him why he doesn't challenge things and that's what he often replies with. I feel him because na only sisters he get and all of them dey for village where he is even the one financially catering for them, he's an orphan, and most of his peers are dead or not stable enough, he's not into politics either, more of a retired civil servant.
