Dual Core: Airtel and MTN have issues with cPanel login authentication on some servers.

On the part of the user, Etisalat is known to work well without these issues. Please do NOT use MTN, it is highly unstable.
If you do not want to change your network, use a trusted (and paid) VPN service that gives you a dedicated IP.
