The video I sent you shows a mechanic working on the car in my garage. So don't play dumb.

You know what, I'm done. You can say whatever you want but the truth prevails. Thank you for everything.

Since he has requested that he refund you, all these exchange of words are not necessarily really. It's either you accept his offer to fully refund, or decline.

And if you decline, it means you value what was sold to you, if not, let go and get your money back 100%.

Very simple.

I have been planning on starting something like this for my retired Dad by June. He is in a rural area, so I will prefer something small and that won't dig too much into my pocket. I need your professional advice. I just want something that can automatically dispense gas without giving him much stress.

My Budget is around N1M, what can I get?

The location is osun state.
Family / Re: His Parents Didn't Approve Of His Engagement. Should I Attend As A Friend? by ebunoyeyemi(m): 11:38pm On Dec 22, 2019
Why are the parents not releasing their blessings?
If it's because he got her pregnant, then I can assure you they'll bless them later, so go and stand by your friend.

Someone must have their reservation when you want to get married, and most of the times, parents are always very selfish, because of their own worth, their self esteem, the plan they have for the wedding, and all sort of selfishness. You need to identify if this is a result of selfishness or genuine concern for their son.

Those who are asking if my friend steal, if I'll support him. Your answer is simple - a good friend will not support friends to do such but will definitely be there to help such friend.

Seems as if anyone that points out some of the areas OP needs to improve upon will be labelled a hater.
OP said we should direct enquiries to his WhatsApp number.
If u send him messages, he will read them and won't reply
What kind of a business person does that.
I thought I was the only one untill I saw others complain of the same thing.

Alot of dealers started well like the OP here but as money start to enter, they became gods angry we all know the end.
If I will give u my money u need to atleast show some commitment and make me feel comfortable.
Someone that will not even reply your messages about enquiries how can he handle complaints when they arise?
I've supported the OP from onset but the path he's on is making me feel he's not different from others.

Who is this one again?

You don start business with him and he no dey respond?

Religion / Based On The Tithe Saga by ebunoyeyemi(m): 4:05pm On Nov 11, 2017
Reading through so many tithe saga going on recently. I came across a list of some atheists and muslims both in Nigeria and the world in general who are billionaires and they are not paying tithe.

My number one question to you my reader is, you that have not being paying tithe, are you then as rich as them? Number two, what devil told you that the tithe we pay is for us to become rich?

Many of you just dabble into this nonsense dimension/trend without taking some time out to check the basis of issues.

What is Bill Gate wealth compared to Rockefeller? And John D Rockefeller was a Christian whom I believed was paying his tithe. Why is Folorunsho Alakija (the richest african woman) who is also a Christian not on your list? Or why is Strive Masiyiwa not also on your list?

Tithe is not for us to make heaven nor is it for us to become wealthy. Wealth is activated by principles. Tithe is not for Christians to have unnecessary wealth, so just calm down.

Tithe is for God's BLESSINGS... "and I'll open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessings" Mal 3:10b. What is blessing? Blessing is more than just having fleet of cars, houses everywhere or huge some amount in your bank account.

"the blessings of the Lord brings wealth without painful toil for it" Prov 10:22 NIV

"I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in yoir field will not drop their fruit before it is ripe" Mal 3:11 NIV

Do i have to be as rich in money as Bill Gate because I pay tithe? No... Am I paying tithe for God to bless me? Yes, the tithe is to invoke God's all round blessings. Can a man challenge God based on tithe? Yes, a man can. (I am a living example) and God is faithful even when I am not. Study Isaiah 38:2-5 if you're confused on that.

If you're not paying tithe, don't pay, it is nobody's business. Stop the rant about how pastors use tithe to do whatever. Let God be the ultimate judge of that.

"do not judge, or you too will be judged"... "why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye" Matt 7:1&3

Some of these people saying one or two things about how pastors use the tithe have issues in their life that needs more attention of the Almighty God.

My name is Ebun Oyeyemi and I unapologetically pay my tithe, and it's nobody's business. If you're not paying, shut up, it's not our business too, nobody is asking for unreasonable deliverance from you.

Share until they all see this.

God bless us all.

yemmit90:

It doesnt work that way, your 13% for 91 days will be divided into four. You get miximum percentage and full profit only on 365 days investment.

Thank you so much, you made it simple and understandable. I asked my boss about TB yesterday and he said he won't do it again, that he did 1M for 91 days and all he got was 30 something thousand. I think he is not aware that the 13% was being divided into 4 and the the remaining 3/4 will be given to him after 364 days.

Erinbola:

I prefer to wait till maturity and source the fund I need somewhere else. Mutual fund is good but you won't get the rate of return we are currently getting from TB.

The true yield of a 364 days TB @ 18.2% is over 22%. Mutual fund can not natch that.

The true yield of 18.2% of TB is over 22%? Please can you explain that?
Investment / Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by ebunoyeyemi(m): 7:15pm On Aug 19, 2017
Good Evening, Please though I ve known about treasury bills for some time now but something is still not clear to me.

Just for example... If I'm investing 1M for 91 days at 13% and the same 1M for 182 days at 17%, don't you think it is wiser to invest the 1M for 91 days twice? Or one can't reinvest again and again?

Like if you are investing 1M at 13% for 91 days and 1M at 20% for 364 days, 91 x 4 = 364, 13 x 4 =52... Is that not 52% instead of the 20%?

I need some explanation on this please.
