Fantastic 4 original and reboot? And Thanos doesn't need to do much, he just needs to show himself and he is already a better villain that all the rest.(Barring the fact that all that has been happening in the MCU since avengers is because of him.)

What happened to thanos or doom?

While I'd always expected Civil War. This is just feels too early for the movie. The issues that led to how it happened in the comic doesn't apply and if they try to force it, it is going to feel rushed which may lend credence to the fact that it was done now in response to BvS announcement. On the other hand the original contract for Sebastian Shaw i.e Winter Soldier was for 9 movies.

Anyway I have a degree of caution approaching Civil War but Winter Soldier is enough to allow me to trust it.


Personally My most anticipated movie is BvS. The trailer was awesome and as long as it doesnt follow TDKR or overhype Batman to Superman detriment I'm going to enjoy the movie. My only caution was that although Man of Steel was a pretty good movie. it had a better trailer.

Suicide Squad is something to look forward and I top they pull it off. The story has alot of potential.

X-men Apocalypse is also on my list. I've been enjoying the current x-men movies (minus Wolverine, that was just terrible) so I'm mildly pumped for it.

The X-men spinoffs are meh for me at best.

Avengers 2, Cap had a reason, but i doubt it will be big enough, though you forget, marvel already layed the solid groundwork with winter soldier(Deformation of shield, tony taking in most of shield's personnel and all that) so, i think all they could need would be a big trigger at the beginning of civil war and it could work out.

I to await suicide squad, more than BvS actually.

I don't know if you are joking or not, but the concept of civil war(Way back in '07/'08) came out before Dc's BvS did, Ever since Iron Man 2 and Thor, i knew there was going to be something like this. BTW, if you don't know Civil War is just a lead up(Iron Man is gonna win and become new director of S.H.I.E.L.D btw, already happened in the comics, the major stuff is gonna be in Infinity Wars 1 & 2 where The Main Man Thanos comes to wreck their lives for fun(And oh well, Universal/Multiversal domination )

No matter what your opinion is, you should understand that Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is the most anticipated superhero film of 2016-more than CA:CW. The concept of CA:CW is copied from BvS. BvS is the film to see next year. And you should also know that the dark knight trilogy was good all the way-not 1 film out of 3 like you believe. Your thread is heavily biased.

I'm sorry, but are you high? Civil War wasn't copied from BvS lol, Civil War is from a storyline in the marvel comic universe that happened years ago. Not from crappy superman and cool batman. Civil war was a 2008/09 storylione if i recal correctly, so please before you say stuff like this, get your facts straight! Thanks

1. Civil War(HIGHEST HOPES!!!) + This is where things really get down before my all to favorite character Thanos the mad titan comes in and messes shit up. I just hope by the time infinity wars 2 comes, they don't beat him, because c'mon! we know the avengers can never beat him. The guys plays with people like silver surfer who in his own right is basically a mini god that can solo the avengers line up.

2. Doctor Strange(HIGH HOPES) + I don't really care for the good doctor and sorcerer supreme, i care for Dormammu and Umar!!!!!!!! I hope they don't make him be the bad guy in a crappy cameo appearance(Dr. Strange animation) like way, i want to the the CGI that will be used to do the powerful ruler of the dark dimension.

3. Dawn of justice(HIGH HOPES) + This is where i get to see the IDFWU attitude of new 52 superman(I hope) and not some dude that would give a 5 minutes long monologue before throwing a few punches. i have hopes for this.


4. Deadpool(HIGH HOPES) + @OP how can you hate on Wade Wilson? He is just to awesome, he is everything wolverine isn't and more!!!! I can't wait for the movie, sarcasm, good fight scenes, if possible(But i doubt) bloody gore, it'll be lovely.


5. Suicide Squad(MILD HOPES) + Who doesn't like a team of dispensable super killers going to hunt some poor sod down? Lol, well, i have mild hopes for suicide squad, nothing big, just hope its not boring.


6. Gambit(JUST THERE) + Only thing I'm looking forward to in gambit is sarcasm and destruction. That's all.



7. Xmen apocalypse(NOT MUCH HOPE) + Oh! Xmen, you ruined yourself with that crappy days of future past, so pitiful, out o continuity even with he comics, so pitiful. I just want to see what the first mutant on earth can bring to Xmen in the marvel cinematic universe.





BTW, those talking about the batman vs supes battle, he will use a suit, that's all he can do to fight Clark, he's already gotten his back broken in the comics by supes(i wonder if they will do that in the movie ) so he can't face supes without a suit of Armour.

to be exact, it wasn't a sequel(that was Rise of the silver surfer) It was a reboot. Similar to how Man of Steel is a Superman reboot.

I love both DC and Marvel comic heroes but truth be told. There's something mightily special about the last son of Krypton, Superman. Hulk can rage all he wants but remember Superman at his most powerful is a MONSTER. Ever watched "Superman returns movie" when he lifted a whole island of Kryptonite out of earth? I thought kryptonite and magic are his weaknesses... Hahahahaha... When he's at his 'most powerful' even his weaknesses are ignored and overriden by his inborn nature to always conquer no matter what. Superman is who he is coz he's full of daring surprises.
Hulk came as a result of an experiment but Superman is a god and the most powerful super hero there is across both the DC and marvel universes.

And for the records, I've not only watched but keenly observed superheroes in both the dc and marvel worlds and I must say Batman is the most cerebrally gifted, most intelligent, most..... My goodness! He's more than a genius. He's a Brain-god. He's ten steps ahead of every other super hero brain wise be it 4m dc or marvel. Iron man is a genius but batman's more than a genius.
