No I don’t because I’m pretty sure that won’t happen now. I only pray I last long enough to see my children’s children perhaps and I know if managed properly one could still live a long and fruitful life.

However the case may be, death could knock on anyone’s door at anytime regardless of whatever ailments they are managing. We can only pray that when it does, it isn’t tragic but a peaceful passing.

You are strong. It will all end well

I'm 28 years old, so you think I don't know how to not worry about something? All through out my life ave not heard the world calm down or I don't know how to let things go? And my heart beat, I can hear it now wow? Please this is far from it, I wasn't even worrying about anything except the website I'm working on, I don't take caffeine, I don't smoke, I don't even drink. All this started as depression, I suddenly had no joy in doing anything. This lasted for several years, I don't find things funny like other people do. Yes it's a panic disorder, it wanted to happen again this morning as I wanted to work on my computer my heart wanted to go flight mode again so I quickly closed it and began running around the house.

Did some push-ups and it went away. When people ask me to calm down it suddenly sounds annoying, like oh no, why didn't I think about that all my life.

Wow! You are young.

Panic disorder? I dont know about that,, but I do know that heart palpitations are a sign of an underlying heart condition. An ECG test will go a long way to clear every doubt.

I wish u d very best.

Happens to me but not as often as yours. Haven’t done any medical checks yet but I believe it’s a heart condition. I believe if anything would kill me, that would be it but I’m hoping I live long enough to make an indelible mark before I die.

I sometimes get a good feeling knowing what would kill me when my time is up but I still pray for long life.

Most times it's as a result of heart disease.

I can relate with everything you said.

Do you sometimes feel like you should pull away from people so when the inevitable happens they wont get hurt as much?

Have you been raped before? Did you read the other issues why rape could be difficult to prove? Did you also read the part where I acknowledged that there are false rape accusations? Why should false rape accusation prevent victims from crying out? You have 72 women here and there could be so many more but you have chosen to scream about false rape. We know where you stand. Don't bother shouting in caps, we are not stupid.

It shouldn't. I am not referring to this guy when I mentioned false rape. There are real cases and also false cases; both I've seen and both ain't good for the victims.

Oh! I didn't know caps means someone is shouting.

There's a state in Nigeria that passed a law last year, if a woman accused you of anything, you are guilty....no trial, no proof needed just word of mouth. Tell me madam, does that seem fair?

Exactly. You don't buy Kunu and get accused of rape. Accusations don't fly around for no reason, let him search his conscience. False accusations rarely happen. There are many sexual predators that would behind bars in a perfect world, not with the warped understanding of sexual assault and rape in Nigeria, the uselessness of our justice system, the narrow interpretation of what constitutes rape, society's stigma, and the fact that it is difficult to prove rape.

Many are still not speaking out and will not speak out.

THERE WAS A TIME IT WAS DIFFICULT TO PROVE RAPE NOT NOW.

THE ONLY RAPE THAT CANT BE PROVEN IS THE ONE THAT ISN'T RECENT (I CANT STATE FOR A FACT THE DURATION)

MADAM, I SEE WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM AND I UNDERSTAND YOU. I ALSO NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND ME, A GIRL CAN WALK UP TO ANYONE NOW AND ACCUSED THE PERSON OF RAPE, THAT IT HAPPENED 3 YEARS AGO OR WHEN THEY WERE IN SCHOOL. THIS TYPE OF RAPE ACCUSATION CANT BE PROVEN AND HENCE, THE GUY'S IMAGE GETS TARNISHED.

IN ALL, RAPE IS WRONG AND INHUMANE

Less than 10% of rape cases are reported. Women get raped on the daily.
Rapists threaten and shame victims into silence, wealthy rapists or their family use police to enforce threats. Poor families try to opt out of court settlement. Others just try to act like it never happened.
Many females never tell their family members they were raped. They just swallow it. And try to move on.
You guys should keep defending your bro codes, stand in solidarity against victims. E no go better for you.

Nobody is defending any INHUMANE ACT. The guilty ones should face the law but what about those that will be condemned unjustly?

What did his comment say?

He made a joke about buying kunu and be called a rapist.
