Yes. I've been underpaid before using a Zenith Bank ATM. The cash was N6,000 less out of a N60,000 withdrawal. It wasn't a good experience and I can only imagine the process I'll have to go through if I attempt to lodge a complain for recovery, especially as I used a different bank debit card.
