We might be leaving some money off the table in post sales. This is the AI era and if you outbounded names and got a sale most ezpecially Geo Services domain, you can be making extra money post sales by offering AI automations to the buyer if they do not already have that on their primary domain

Sales are not as regular as they used to be few years back so one jas to look for ways to scale a sale via post sale services, not spammy but strategic services that will improve process and revenue while cutting cost for these users.

You can partner with ai automation experts(I am available) or other services you observed can be imprkved on the website of the buyer, it is cross/upselling.

I am just saying, we can collaborate amongst eachother and make more revenue alongside.

The year was slow not just because of DAN but because of some lapses on my side. Sometimes to get 100naira sef na wahala.

Average sales for geos have been like 2 to 1 sales at most 3 per month. I had two months with zero sales. Tried to liquidate sef, wahala.

If things are going south don't give up yet just keep going sha. Most of those Twitter White ppl na gibberish dem dey dish out I pity ppl wey no code..just engagement farming..they won't drop d real thing. This sub na for for Arab guy abi na French...

No where like home. Everything u need dey this thread. Whether geo or anything else...any other place you can think of na oyo..just read d thread..it's laid bare open. Facts u can relate to as na fellow 9ja guys.

Last last sha, from my 120 Inbound name, I made 1K sale with another 10K so far. My first 5 figures sale(241 sales so far 5year period). I have about 80 outbound names. One sold just now..I don't see the hype people give Spaceship lander(still buggy) & can't convert like than. Seems Europeans have hacked this domain lander thing..look at Fruits.....co but dey don't yet support Nigeria..

Chief, research is very very important in any business you want to do if you are truly serious about making money from it.

When registering names, always work with historical data or trends to get ideas, unless you want to keep guessing.

Have you seen a sales report containing "Emergency Electrician" before? or is it a current business trend?

For any business to thrive it has to have the ability to prefer solutions or meet the target's needs, and that is why it is essential to search for end users before registering any name or starting any business at all.

See below a simple google search for that term and what result it brought forth.

Look at the right side of the screenshot and see other suggested search terms, nothing like "EMERGENCY ELECTRICIANS"

I hope you get the point I am trying to make from all this.

Remember, The purpose of knowledge is action, not knowledge.

We are already in the last quarter of the year, it's also the quarter where Americans spend the most both on gifts and other things..

Some businesses will also want to try out some new approach as well. As a domainer, research is very important to your success. You should take time out and do research on keywords that sell more during this periods, you can do that with historical data.

You should also do follow ups on all the name in your portfolio. See ehnn.. nothing about making money is easy, just be smart about it and implement as soon as you are learning.

**A Tip on your follow up email**

One of the most important skills in selling is copywriting and trust me your email subject plays a big role in the rate at which your email is being opened.

I advise you get an AutoResponder for example Getresponse has a FREE package.

Do not settle for short term, which is why a spice of storytelling will make your end users read your email more.

Most times people buy emotionally and justify it logically.

Selling is psychology, so research good names, write good outbound emails and close deals.

These guys went somewhere to pick innocent people from their houses in Okene then come on the media to say something else.

Someone that lives close to a church in Okene with his family, A Lab Technician, A father who was in his house in Okene on the day the news about the Owo Attack surfaced.

May Almighty God vindicate him.

May the truth take it's cause.

Verily, there has to be a judgement day with the Judge of Judges, the One who is also the witness of everything and the final Judge.

The Dm is the only place they can confidently cajole and decieve you without objection, they don't have your best interest at heart they're only interested in Thier pocket.

I like that you are proactive in stopping any form of scam but at the same time don't make people who are willing to at least try it out back off, it's better you advise them on the scam pointers when they get to the DM.

Some people can choose to give their knowledge for Free (which in most cases, people don't value) and some can choose to attach a token to it..

There are a lot of free tutorials on YouTube, but 90% of people seeking knowledge never seem to work with it or they're usually overwhelming, but the truth is most of those Free stuff still have premium memberships that are paid for even if the creators still rake in millions from other sources.

Watching YouTube is free, accessing Premium YouTube is Paid even though YouTube still make money from advertisers.

Bottom line is...

There's always room to make more money

I don't blame them though. Scammers are too much online. Paying online is a risk, but some risks are worth taking.

I understand sir, but in my humble opinion those that usually fall for Scam are those that don't want to do the actual work but want to enjoy the success and that's what these scammers promise them.

Take KDP for example now, it's one of the most passive sweetest source of income I know, but you still have to do a one time work which includes research majorly before you publish your book.

The thing is, such people will want to dodge the research and publush rubbish and be expecting to make money.

There's this class of Nigerians that will never pay for information.

This is not because they don't have money, it's because of their mindset.

It is the reason why most successful people always hammer on the mindset..

It's not an "acquire to prespire and Maguire" BS...

Always ask yourself where has being too careful taken you to in the past 3 years??

Nobody is asking you to be foolish,but always do your own research ask the right questions and pay for knowledge if you must for a faster result.

At least find someone successful with a believable story and social prove.

One day I would do a thread on how to identify Ponzi schemes and legitimate means of earning online and things to check before paying for any course/programme.

I started paying over $100 to better my skills on the internet space and I never regretted that decision..

Guess what??

I still pay for access, information and courses where i wish to improve.

Life is hard, choose your Hard wisely.

My brother lives in the remote part of Ikorodu. They have three kids.

The children didn't go to school throughout last term and this term again, they've been staying at home. When other kids in the compound have gone to school, his kids will remain at home with the wife doing nothing.

The reason the wife stopped the kids from going to school is because she wants them to leave that part of Lagos and move to the developed part of Ikorodu or any township part of Lagos.

Invariably, she's using the kids staying at home to protest and punish the husband, maybe?

I feel she's punishing the kids and not the husband. My brother leaves for work very early in the morning and will not be able to take the kids to school himself.

He's not financially capable of relocating at this time but I feel he can plan with his wife and save towards relocating, maybe in a year's time but I doubt the wife is taking the best approach.

The wife said she's not taking up any job or starting any business until they relocate from that area. So for now, the whole burden is on my brother.

Please, what's the best approach to this their family issue. We don't want to take side and go hard on the wife, but, don't feel she's taking the best decision for the kids.

I will advice you to be on the look out. If the present owner refuses to renew it. The domain will be pending delete around January or there about. If I were you I will backorder it.
Just from now keep on checking the status of the domain if you have a chance.
I once had similar scenario like that. And eventually backorder the domain and have it sold.

You can contact godaddy support for renewal, it's still possible to redeem the name.

Good morning guys, been a while I came around here as I have been focusing on other things. Please I need your help/contributions. I’ve been receiving offers for one of my domain from sedo. The problem is I sold the domain sometime last year and completely forgot to delist it from Sedo as it sold on another MP, the buyer never redirected it to his site, I tried contacting him severally if he needed help with that but he never responded, now the domain has expired and i keep getting Godaddy emails for renewal, the domis not in my Godaddy portfolio but my details is still what is on whois. I ignored all the previous offers because the domain was not in my possession and it will be wrong to try to renew it when it’s not expired at least.

The buyer has sent a final offer which is the set BIN I listed it for, now is there a way I can renew the domain and bring it back to my Godaddy portfolio first or it’s an illegal thing to do?

I am not using a tracker currently, but one thing I have noticed is most of my mails comes back as invalid email address or address not found which I think it's the result of the scrapped mails I got.
