I disagree. This calls for proper investigation, as the farmer had the dog for a period of 3 years. Rotts' are notoriously loyal to their handlers, so determining what went wrong might go a long way to educate dog owners on the do's and dont's of large breeds.

BTW, there are no bad dogs, only bad/careless owners.

Only after I read his, did I decide to up my language points by writing PTE-A (which thankfully I clinched in the first sitting), and not claim work experience points. Thanks to him for sharing, as well. Led me unto a shorter path.

It's highly likely that work experience verification would make an application take longer. I guess.
