The military rulers worked the National Development Plans well and they had very good civil servants to work with.
Everything got bad with IBB and became hell with Abacha. Abacha's son is now working with Jonathan.

This is no joke, there's a dude currently suffering from this same problem. He has had a painful eerection for 1 week and four days... And he didn't sleep with any married women. The doctors have booked him for surgery tomorrow cos he is presently on muscle relaxers with little progress. My point is that it's a medical condition and not because he bleeped a married woman. I think we are being overly superstitious here.
