Why on earth would a 200 level student be making noise in a class, while the lecturer was in the class. It's an insult to the lecturer .To me, that punishment or insult just equate the insult she gave the lecturer and the distraction she's causing other students.

Nigeria government should pay our police well, they have families to take care of too .
Most of them are graduate and hardworking men and women yet they received peanuts as salaries while our senators and rep members that are not quite educated and unuseful for this country are collecting tens of million every month.
