I have a lot of respect for Tambuwal but I disagree on this one. There is too much profligacy in the system both in the executive and legislature. For Tambuwal to decry any alusion to savings by this profligate administration smacks of insincerity. All the MDAs mentioned by him already have funding. What is missing is judicious expenditure and his oversite function is ineffective. What have they done with the oil subsidy saga? What have they done with Oduah? We are watching.
