Even the education is wack. How many Nigerians live in top tier zip codes with highly rated schools. They only appreciate those quack schools in low rated zip codes based on what they have in Nigeria.

A country where medical bills can send you back to the streets homeless.

If you study the system, you will realize it’s a trap.

“The American dream is an illusion”

They soak you in debt to make you believe you are doing fine, and you will work for the system till you die.

Even in death, your corpse will still pay heavily to have a grave and still be owing the government sales tax when your family want to liquidate your property.

Imbeciles
Etc.

Those born in the 70s/80s would understand what I'm saying cos we rarely heard of such cases back then. We used to see it only in the movies and foreign news. People were being begged to go to hospitals because they've got no reason to do so. Pregnant women would go to midwives to have their babies and safely but nowadays, women would die during labour, despite the sophisticated nature of some health institutions today.
Could it be due to diets,lifestyle, etc? The debate floor is open. Have your say.

I'm aware of that. I have witnessed that in a hospital, the hospital usually tells the patient to pay out of pocket for their best benefit.

I honestly don't think you will benefit from marriage at all as there is the chance that this virginity obsession of yours will most likely lead you to either rape your daughter or maybe even your wife's sibling/house help who you happen to perceive is a virgin. I have read enough stories of your kind to realize that these delusions never simply go away. They find other ways to compensate for the lack in your lives; Nigeria is riddled with stories of your kind that it is probably better you are not allowed near children at all.

This is my life story
I am sharing my experience here about marriage life, some of you might call me a Simp or weakling but need to share it for those who asked me to share it when I write on a topic about what i regretted so far in 2025, was getting married last year December and ending it this Year January will pick one or two things from my story.

I met this girl 2023 through a mutual friend, we became an acquaintance and later start dating. She is from Delta state likewise myself, she comes from Ndokwa west specifically Kwale by tribe. In 2024 i proposed to her, by May I went to see her family while she came to meet mine also.

Early September i asked her family for the traditional list. We both agreed for traditional marriage and court wedding, After collecting the list we start planning towards the traditional marriage which was fixed on December 29 on a Sunday afternoon. That faithful day, i went with my people to pay the bride price and other things, and the court wedding was fixed on January 17.

January 7th, we were together discussing but something strange happened, her phone rang and i saw her going outside to answer some calls, after sometimes she came back inside not composed. I asked her what the problem was but she downplayed it and told me it was nothing, but i was not comfortable, after a while her phone rang again, it was her brother's wife calling her and asking her if she has told me about the pregnancy. I was shocked and asked her what pregnancy is she talking about.

Here comes the shock of my life, i discovered that she was some weeks pregnant, I asked her who got her pregnant, to my surprise, it was her ex boyfriend. I was enraged, mad and furious, something was whispering into my ear to go into the kitchen take a knife and stab her. Luckily for me, my younger sister called me at that moment, if not i don't know what i would have done to her. Because it was late i left the house for her.

In the morning, i came back, she was already in tears crying and asking me for forgiveness. I told her to leave my house, I picked up my phone call all her family members, called mine also.
Her family were trying to persuade me to forgive her but i told them it was unforgivable. My family asked for the refund of the bride price which was later refunded after they discovered that i did not bulge to their request of accepting her back.

It was a painful moment and a painful experience too, but i was able to pull through by the help of my family members some friends.

It was a long story i had to cut it short. It is my life story

Moral lesson: Do pregnancy test even on the day you are to tie the knot, do not trust to the extent of ignoring little things.

Extra: The guy who got her pregnant was aware and even told the girl's sister that his property with them he is coming in future to collect it. Na so I for dey look after another man's property

Nigeria’s long term economic outlook is very bright. International organizations are all very optimistic about Nigeria’s future because of all the economic reforms President Tinubu is working on.

You don’t have to like Tinubu to see some of these things. For the past 30 years or so, all presidents have had to worry about fuel subsidy, electricity subsidy, forex subsidy, state governments hijack of local government funds etc. In less than two years, he tackled all these issues instead of sidestepping them like all others have done. Going forward, no president after him will have to worry about any of these issues.

Things may be difficult but some of these things Judy have to be done in the overall long term interest of the country.
