Sorry about ur refusal, if the money is still there, you can apply and do super priority you will get it my next week. Print a new bank statement and apply. obeauty21: I went to pick up my visa today ...... I was denied visa. I checked the reason for refusal and it came from the disparity in the dates. I started counting from the time when the money entered into the account (27th july-23 aug). I paid for piority service and applied for my visa on the 25th of aug, I got a mail that it has been received on the 28th of aug. I didnt hear anything again and had to call on the 13th of sept. I also called again on the 20th and was told no decision yet, I was asked if I wanted to escalate which I accepted. I got an email yesterday (21/09/2017) dat decision had been made and I just picked it up some few hrs ago (22/09/2017) . The reason for refusal is solely my fault which I admit. The eco statement says I didnt hold the money for up to 28days, which means I shd have started counting from the 28th of july and not 27th when the money entered into the account.I hope this will help someone out there too wanting to apply for visa. Pls double check ur date n if u r not sure pls ask some one and be sure. Thanks |

what was ur previous course of study the one u intend to study ? yow17: Hi Experts in the Forum,
@justwise: sent you an email. Please check
What are the chances of getting a visa granted after refusal and applying for a walk-in appointment for Super Priority as the school resumes very soon and admin review could take time.
Refusal ground: no specifics on difference between previous study and the new course.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thank you. |

dustydee: Why would you apply to a school without knowing anything about the school and town? Your first point of call will be your university website which will have information for international students. After that you can now search online for more information before you ask specific questions. Before I arrived for my masters, I knew how to get to my department from the airport. I missed the student pick up and I was able to find my way/bearing using the street signs and building which I had looked online several times using google maps street view. It was as if I had been there before. . Thanks, lemme rephrase my question. Not like i don't know abt the school. Just thought someone in the school that could assist clear some doubts and possible make my arrival easier. |

AYMONI: Hello Edirex, I sent an email to the Canada embassy at Accra, Ghaba on Monday. Stating cleary that I want to know why my application status have nt changed since last year. Their response was that my app is still in queue for review. That they will contact me wen a decision is made on my app. my question is this, wat have they been doing since last year? Reviewing applications? Am nt happy at all. Hi AYMONI, i count the number of times have sent those guys in accra mails, all i get to see is the same message they sent to you, its really annoying. How can you keep my application this long unattended to when am not seeking for asylum in your country. am bereft of ideas on how to go about it now. i sincerely wish i had two passport now, would have forgotten about them |

samtomwunmadex: Its so unfortunate, annoying and frustrating. I applied since July 4th 2016 and nothing till date, that's 30 weeks as well. I sent series of email but unfortunately nothing was done, I requested for my Passport when I needed to travel on official assignment in December but the Passport was not returned (I was penalized by my office for this), I sent a withdrawal mail that I am no longer interested in studying in Canada but nothing was done till date, I sent Case Specific Enquiry, till now no response. It's really frustrating. I have unused Visas on my Passport but all has expired due to the delay in my application processing. I am now at cross road and don't know what to do again. I have sent series of reminder email but to no avail as well. Sincerely, i never knew I could be this patient, the waiting is killing.
Please can anyone assist on information as to how to go about this? Chai! Mehn... i feel your pain o,i thought mine was longer, it obvious yours is... the fact is they won't tell you why they are taking this long. its a different case when you are seeking for asylum- that takes a year from sources. Just to go study and come back, its taking eternity... |

Have sent mails via the email address and the CIC website, all i get is:"Kindly note that your application is still in queue for processing. No further action is needed from you at this time."
I never thought i would wait this long for it. Just confused
