Every coin has two sides, if this is the case in resource poor setting ,this can be termed as innovative, at least to carry the debilitated to the hospital for intervention by any means .

But when maybe money budgeted for hi tech Amblance ,and this is the outcome then it becomes worrisome.

In my view federal government have the financial muscle to acquire ambulances with modern equipment for it's hospitals.

However the health system of Nigeria,needs overhauling.
