efore dec alert i noticed that the last four digits of my account number that appeared on my profile is wrong. I complained to my Employer who also confirmed that what he saw on my profile is wrong and promise to rectify it with Surep . I also personally complained to sure p and mailed them..four days after they paid my colleagues and I was not paid. I again informed my Employer, who told me he had called and mailed them that they will pay me Dec and January together. now I logged in and the wrong account is still there it has not been corrected... what do I do? do I just relax and believe that it will be corrected am a kind of worried....

. You can call this surep no 08105576779 and explain to them they will tell you your true position about it.

. Oh don't worry then, it seems they are aware of the problem it will be fixed,just excersise some patience but still call them tomorrow to be very safe.

. Back to sender,this is a very serious issue why not call surep customer care number and explain everything to them, they should understand better what is going on and tell you what to do,otherwise for now you are not in the programme.

. Relax this week is alert week,if your time sheet is properly signed you should get your alert this week,I called surep number and they confirmed it,just that so many employer do make mistake during this exercise.

See your mouth, he has said on this forum that he is not even a staff of surep,just relate that to what you have said,he is trying to help without compensation irrespective of his tight schedule and not being a direct staff, can you do that even if you know surep director, is he the cause of your problem, why not try surep customers care numbers and see how easy is it to solve your problem,abeg pack well.

That is exactly what happened to me sept last year, two solutions to it (1) either you persuade ur employer to go to surep office in abuja to complain and rectify the registration process of his company before he will have access to his Gis account or(2) look for another surep registered organisation that has not exceeded the numbers of interns it requested for during registration with surep and quickly send ur details and the organisation details to our own puntersmind on this forum for a rematch. The second option is the one I did and I have been rematch by puntersmind,though my previous employer later went to abuja after much persuasion from me which was not easy and later granted access to his gis surep account to accept interns already I have been rematched.

I don't know if my boss can still fill my October Timesheet,he decided not 2 fill it because we get matched in October @ d Ogun state job fair nd we started work in Nov and OCT/NOV reflected on our time sheet,since u guys said it is revertible can he still fill it 4 us.those pple we start work 2geda in Nov said deir boss fill it 4 dem and dey received dere stipend.

. Tell ur boss to fill it when time sheet comes out again you will receive ur stipend.

@punstermind thanks once again for d rematch, I resumed work today n my status nw reads hired. an intern in my place of work started work on 19 DEC and my employer clicked on select All in d time sheet so he could get full payment, but his no. of days worked still indicates 0. and I think my employer has already submitted. is d process revertable? so d guy can get at least 8 days of work. thanks

. This was my exact problem but I have been told by concerned and well meaning individuals on this forum to relax and wait for next month timesheet for it to be revertible.

Bro, I don't know if you read my comment concerning this your issue when you raised it initially. I went through this same thing in my October time sheet. You or your employer must have marked and saved, then came back to unmark again then save. I don't know what your situation is but I experience it that mine went back to 0 days and didn't revert back to 23 days. You wil mark and mark and it will show you time sheet updated without changing from 0 days. Even if you go to your employers homepage you won't see the submit botton.
Just relax and wait for Januaruy time sheet then maybe you can go to your time keeping history if you can revert. But as for this particular time sheet, bro forget am.

Minimum working dayz is 20 while urs is reading 18....Pls ell ur employer to make necessary adjustment that is if sure-p portal allow that bt there is no harm in trying. Goodluck!

. But some one on this forum has earlier posted that he worked for about eight days and he eventually was paid for only those days ticked by his employer.

I think the 2 days extension might not b unconnected with fact that from 1 -4th has been holidays so to say and its perfect logical to give such a 2 days grace.

. Yes so long your timesheet for the month is out and it is marked completely, you will receive ur 30k that why am bothered about my timesheet refusing to get marked.

I have been in cyber cafe sinc morning trying to even click on the box for each day of the month it won't go thruough but there is a space for select all if you click on it a faint mark for good will appear in all the boxes for all the days of the month if you click on save it will show time sheet updated but the number of days work will still be 0. Am confused I have wasted a lot today on cafe, even my employer has been trying it today he said he is fed up, but I don't know the one to believe between what the surep caller said that they temporary close the site and my friend in this forum that his boss signed his timesheet today and read 23 work days.

According to a friend, there was an update on their platform. Maybe that could be the reason.

. I just call their number and they told me their portal has been temporary closed and that they will call our employers when it is restored.thanks for your respnse.

Keep trying and checking...Or is it possible they have issues with the site? Maybe you should do a mail to finance@gisurep.gov.ng and operations@gisurep.gov.ng for confirmation.

It is your employer that needs do the ticking and submission not you. Tell your employer to do it ASAP.

Tell your employer to log in to his portal, click on timesheet/feedback, select an intern, tick the number of days the intern has worked, fill the report section and save. He should repeat same for all the intern in his company.
After that, he should go back to the home page and submit all.

. Pls I have filled my timesheet 4 dec, I can only save I have not been able to submit,I can find submit button even when I clicked on home I could not find submit and my days of work still shows 0,what do I do today is the last day pls help.

Laduna...I got matched manually at the ph GIS fair since 19th november 2014 but yet to get a confirmatory mail from surep. I have also received my account number I opened during the fair. My employer is willing to even match me online but doesn't know how to go abt it? Any suggestions?

. Haba since 19 nov, am sure your employer is not approved by surep, either you need to be rematch which is not very easy or tell ur employer to visit surep headquaters for proper approval.
