The online print out ( the one you check using scratch cards) and the Original certificate (the one waec gives you) are both statements of result.

Now, to your question, any of these two result statement's documents will suffice FOR NOW. Later on, when you're doing your clearance again, you'll have to get the original if you didn't have it before. I haven't gotten mine; I used the online print-out.
