Don't even think of applying again for now. Your priority now is to get the GCMS note. With this you will be able to know the documents your agent submitted on your behalf and the things the Visa Officer wrote down when he/she was considering your application. Armed with this information you will be better prepared to put up a strong application.

You are right. Your biometric has a 10 years validity. E be like say that your agent na suegbe
Nevertheless, I will advise that you apply for GCMS note so you will know what you need to tackle in your new application.

Yes. Keyano College accepts WAEC result as proof of English proficiency. You will need a dollar prepaid card to pay for the application

Their are so many video on youtube that will guide you how to request gcms for free on official canada govt site like Channel details

yes unfortunately I did and he didn’t even use my email… if not that I requested for my gcms note with UCI and app number , that is how I discovered they it is still processing but I want to track it

From experience, the two refusals I got in 2019, the BVL came a before the corresponding letters that contained the refusals. The approval (PPR) I got this year came same day and same time with the BVL. Just my observation, your case might be different.

I received this today. The content of the Correspondence letter is (RE: validity of your biometric information).

It says on the first circled blue that final decision was made today 15th December but it went on to say "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made". Please can anyone help to explain? Because the Correspondence Letter didn't say anything about decision.

The account number and account name does exist. A reference letter addressed to the High Commission was also part of the document submitted. I have asked my cousin to tell her mum to request for same account statement from the same bank as well as a reference letter. I really appreciate you guys for the assistance.


Well meaning nairalanders already asked u to get a bank letter. If I may ask, does the account number and account name exist?
Also get a notary public letter, u can also get a court affidavit as the third document. Ask your bank to issue a reference letter stating you are a customer and the letter will include when u opened the account, for how long it's been operational. What God cannot do does not exist. Be positive and hopeful and mistakes sometimes turn around to miracles.[/quote]

Thanks a bunch. I will try and address the issue raised by the officer. Though I am of the opinion that the agent doctored the statement.


Oga pls don't listen to advice that you or your cousin should withdraw application. You or your cousin need to be bold and defend the statement. Whatever you present will get you the visa or a refusal. Why u got this in the first place is because Ure a step closer to the visa. Don't be afraid. Let me give u a clue, one of the reasons you got that is simply because the bank statement and/or bank letter you submitted is different from the format they receive from that particular bank. I heard alot of procedural fairness that got the visa. Whatever you put in defence will make or mar your application.[/quote]

Hello guys. I need an urgent help. My cousin received Procedural Fairness update today from IRCC querying her bank statement. This is what they wrote in one of the paragraph:

Specifically, I have concerns that you have provided a fraudulent/altered or inappropriately
obtained Bank Statement from FCMB bank in your application, which if undetected could have
induced an error in the administration of The Act, in that a study permit could have been issued
in error based on fraudulent information. Please provide your explanation.

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond. You will have 7 days from the date
of this letter to submit evidence and documentation you deem will address these concerns.
If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, a decision will be made based on the
documents you have submitted, which may result in the refusal of your application.


What should I do about this? The agent that was handling it has relocated to Canada and we had to use force to retrieve the log in details from him.

Edo 2020: Has Obaseki turned to Faking Prophesies of Father Mbaka?

Many are in shock especially in Edo state, with the Spiritual Leader of the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Enugu State, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka being credited with the following tissue of lies, titled, "Father Mbaka makes 3 Final Prophecies for 2020".


According to the authors of the very "Fake" prophesy who sources say are domiciled inside Osadebey Avenue in Benin City, Edo state, the prophesies are:


"1. Ize-Iyamu will be sentenced to jail before the end of 2020


2. Oshiomhole will be sacked as APC Chairman and will be charged by EFCC for fraud and


3. Godwin Obaseki will be sworn in for a second term as Governor of Edo State by 12 Nov. 2020".


For the avoidance of doubt, Fr. Mbaka, a Catholic priest is from Enugu, he is not from Edo State. There are even no records that any of his recent sermon, online and offline, has descended to the level of dreams or visions about EDO as a state, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, APC National Chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomhole or outgoing governor Godwin Obaseki.


For the records, the suit against Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, does not concern him alone but has the State Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Orbih and 3 others as defendants. The Federal High Court, sitting in Benin said on Monday that it will on March 26,2020 give a ruling on the competence of the suit.


As for Comrade Adams Oshiomhole his seat as National chairman of the APC is not under threat in anyway.


Nevertheless, it is the outgoing governor Obaseki who should be worried because he dreads the imminent fate that will soon befall him as far as the Edo 2020 polls is concerned hence his resort to fake predictions and prophesies. He will certainly need voodoo priests and marabouts, going forward.


To say that the outgoing governor Obaseki has been sleepless since Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu returned home to APC is stating the obvious. Worse is his rising blood pressure over the National chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.


The fake Mbaka prediction in favor of Obaseki falls flat on its face value, on many counts. How can a man who will not participate in an election be sworn in for a second term?


The Outgoing governor Obaseki knows that he has to first be the flag bearer of his party to contest, before talking of winning the election to be sworn in. There is no room for Independent candidacy as yet.


His supporters know the bleak future ahead of him and think that dragging the name of Fr Mbaka into their scam will help them. But its all fallacies.


It is therefore the highest point of rascality to credit Fr. Mbaka with a prediction he himself is unaware of. Suffice to say that in no time, the priest will do the needful on this vexatious matter.


Let's also not forget so soon though that Mbaka’s invasion of Nigeria’s political space was perhaps through his 31st December 2014 Crossover Night Talk, titled “From Goodluck to Badluck,” in which he, openly chided the Nigeria’s former President, Goodluck Jonathan and lent open and absolute support to President Muhammadu Buhari, the-then candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.


Ever since Mbaka's predictions have remained open; they have never been secrets, sent as courier packages to individuals or groups to soothe their wracked political nerves due to their own machinations like the outgoing governor of Edo state.
