In all sincerity, there is no RIGHT TIMING to have sex after childbirth. But while experts suppose you give a minimum of say 6weeks due to post complications(haemorrhage and uterine infection) that tend to arise from childbirth, it is left to the couple to decide their THING. Not all flooding is natural. Some are caused by Man. Of the whole 36 states, how many are not flooded yet? Is it bcus they are mainly above sea level? Where is the water coming from? Is it possible to liase with the country so as to curb its flow and amount to avoid this?

Sorry for what am about to say, your relationship in my opinion may not have been a relationship, I really don't want to know the cause but from your little write up, if he really did take care(financially, though caring entails a whole lot) of you, were you really heartbroken bcus you really LOVED him or becus of what you were BENEFITTING knowing at that point in time, it might be hard to come by what he was giving you? Try and be sincere. We really don't know each other.
Who knows maybe he wanted to 'BREATHE' as he thought he might be 'going under'.

What his girl friend did is not nonsense. Its the most probable reality most guys fail to accept at first. It's often survival tactics and even when evidence might be b4 him, he would wish they were false considering what(no matter how little) he might have invested in the relationship.
Heartbreak comes in different folds. When you look back and realised you have made stupid decisions on finances, time, priorities all in the name of love, it's becomes difficult to let go. The party that gives more in the relationship tends to feel worse.
Your scenerio and his, I know for sure are entirely different.

It's like asking some people why they dislike Afang soup. The fear of mistakenly swallowing periwinkles whole trouble them and also the 'sucking' thing which to them is stressful. But for those that are used to such, it's fun and lovely.
Some days back, I ate Egusi soup to which periwinkles was strangely added.
I didn't know at first until I swallowed one(with shell). After that moment, I became cautious which took away the SATISFACTION I was supposed to derive from the food. I ended up with seeing about ten periwinkles in the Egusi.
