@ fibonacciseries, just try ur best to save the marriage |
EVERYONE needs support, shud we ignore our loved ones to rot away all in the name of marraige??
U need not ignore ur loved ones but ße careful, cos ur advice may lead her out of that marriage, which is even worse |
simple solution, as said earlier, call her to order and express ur displeasure. Ladies can ße so stupid times Moreover, whether you snore or not is non of her business, u r d man, if she's not comfortable with you snoring, get her another room or send her to d floor and use the whole bed and continue snoring Jare, what rubbish |
Informative, very nice thread, thanks for d info @ Op |
I wonder too ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Gaggi: U seem to knw so much about this perfect woman and d evil man.Good advice, marital issues cannot just ße dabbled into |
Something must ße wrong somewhere, how did they started? Didn't they court at all before wedding, did the man changed overnight from the angel he used to ße before marriage to a devil after marriage? U see, my candid advice Most people handle physical problems spiritually and vice versa, try and relax, see whether u can figure out what he wants carefully and make attempt to cover up, most of what OP said above about ladies are blatant lies, I can remember when I had issues with my wife, she went reporting about that 'ayam submissive, ayam ds ayam that, what does he want that I don't give him, I'm always there for him and blah blah blah....' But all I see as a man was a very proud lady, disrespectful and competitive lady, she wanna give instructions like a man, want the housekeeping ße shared, trying to compare d life of some miserable men that wash their wife's pant, mislead the kids, u know, but I also played along. So when I tabled my own side of d complaints, nobody was on her side, even her parents. You can't say the man is a devil cos u've not sampled his own opinion too, if ur so called friend did not marry him cos of his wealth, them something must ße wrong somewhere, I can say that again! However, if its true that she's not the one trying to sweep some issues under the carpet, then let her take to her heels ooº°oooooo°ºoo before deadbody go show face |

click2cbn: Dude, MAPOLY is Polytechnic. Their Union is ASUP not ASUU! Though I heard ASUP is also on strike, so can u now edit ur post from ASUU to ASUP b4 traffic comes ![]() |
Today, students of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic were found almost everywhere around Lagos-Abeokuta Express way, funnily and crazily dressed, with silly make up, as they celebrate their Rag day. I was fortunate to ße around oshodi-ikeja area during the early hours of today and was heading to Sango area. I was surprised to see a large number of the students approached me for donation because I was actually thinking ASUP strike is still ongoing. Some of them had their Identity card tag on while almost all of them had either a big or small tin of bournvita or milo well wrapped and inscribed with Mapoly Rag day or something similar, for people's voluntary financial donations. My obsevations 1. The group of students age ranges from 18 to 28 by mere facial examination, comprising of slim, fat, obesity, dark complexioned, albinos etc 2. Most of them were crazily dressed, though some of them were a little decent, with terrble make up and various marks and signs on their faces. Some of the boys put on wigs, wore bras and some of them pants, tights, leggins to complement their dressing while the girls tried to look masculine as much as they could. 3. Most of them were forcing people to donate as most of the females hugged, held and did some gestures to control money into their pocket 4. Most of them were in group while some of them moved in twos, a male and a female 5. They stormed almost everywhere as they were found at every bus stop from oshodi to sango 6. Some were dancing on the road, some behaving like touts, some chasing people while some were going decently. 7. They did the so called Rag day from morning till almost evening before I obseved them disappear. As at evening, most of them were already worn out and totally run down and you don't need a doctor to tell you this. Now my questions Is Mapoly not part of ASUP? What is the essence of Rag day? Must they force people to give them money or must they dress crazily thinking its funny? Are there not supposed to ße some modality in doing this with respect to duration, manner of approach and probably a control or monitoring measure? Who will pocket the money realized ![]() Below are some of the pix I was able to take this morning.

1. Bisphenol A There's some research to suggest that this chemical, commonly known as BPA, found in some plastic water bottles, can leach into food and drinks, and may pose health risks especially to infants and children, according to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Luckily, more and more BPA-free bottles are available now. (However, some caution that even BPA-free plastics may still leach unwanted chemicals into your water when exposed to sunlight or microwaves or dishwashers, NPR reported.) 2. Not Washing Your Bottle A reusable bottle - - stainless steel, perhaps? -- is a cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to one-time-use bottles or cups, but you've got to keep it clean. Bacteria like to hang out in warm, wet places, after all, so screwing the lid on the mostly-empty bottle in your office, then refilling it the next morning is basically laying out the "Welcome" mat. Luckily, all it takes to stay safe is a regular wash with hot, soapy water -- and be sure to leave it open to dry, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. 3. Drinking From The Shower Head Speaking of warm and wet, it's time to clean your shower head. Yep, the spout is prime breeding ground for bacteria that go flying into the air when you turn on the shower. Luckily for most healthy bathers, this is less dangerous than it is merely gross, but people with compromised immune systems could be at risk, Health.com reported. Do yourself a favor and fight the temptation to sip from that fountain. 4. Crystal Light We count 12 ingredients on the label of this "natural" flavoring. Twelve. Ditch the artificial sweeteners and other additives for a slice of fresh lemon. 5. Drinking Way Too Much It's relatively difficult to do, but it is possible to drink too much water. Seriously overhydrating leads to what's called hyponatremia, when sodium levels in the body drop so low, cells begin to swell, according to the Mayo Clinic. Untreated, hyponatremia could result in seizures and coma. But it takes truly overcompensatory gulping to reach that point, which is why refueling marathon runners are among the more common hyponatremia sufferers. Keep this rule of thumb in mind: Don't drink to the point where you feel full from water alone, Shape.com reported. 6. Caffeine In and of itself, caffeine may actually do you some good, including improving memory and concentration. But when you add a jolt to something as harmless as a bottle of water, which is what companies like Avitae and Water Joe have done, it's easy to overdo it -- and fast. Where you might sensibly stop after a couple of cups of coffee, you might absent-mindedly continue to sip at your caffeinated H2O to quench your thirst, and before you know it, find yourself in the irritable, sleepless, restless realm of heavy caffeine use. |
6 Things That Make Water Unhealthy from http://m.huffpost.com Water is one of those things just assumed to be good for you at all times, in all quantities. It's up there on the list of quintessentially nutritious foods and drinks with apples and broccoli and oatmeal. Water is so important and awesome, While most people in developed countries are lucky enough not to have to worry about where to find clean, safe drinking water, H2O isn't taken for granted everywhere. Each year, more than 3.4 million people die worldwide because of water supply, sanitation and hygiene issues that lead to diseases, infections and malnutrition, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Life-threatening illnesses aside, there are still a handful of issues with your everyday water. Here are a few of those troublemakers, plus how to avoid them. |
