actually i dont know which section to post this question;i assumed politics also covers legal issues.
Here is what i want understanding on...if someone i convicted of crime in a court n got maybe 5yrs n that person decide to appeal in another court and still got convicted(maybe 10yrs this time..lolz fr1pan 2 fire).
Is this scenerio possible? N if so can the person choose the former punishment?

Personally sometimes i don't pray before taking snacks such as ( cake,gala,lacasera,biscuit, etc.) maybe due to the believe that sealed food or can drinks are more pure n hygienically prepared but if na eba or semovita abi pounded yam,rice,beans-u go c prayer nah...don't know if its only me that does that..
So! do u usually pray before taking snacks or u just start munching it as soon as u buy it maybe in a vehicle?
