It's been a while u posted on this page. Sorry I had to keep up with the plenty site runs. Here are more pictures

Bathroom details

Waste pipes installed in the foundation beam. Some people skip this stage only to Crack the beam later to insert pipes, that's not a good practice because it incures more labour cost and more importantly, its not good for the structural stability of the beam

Many will wonder how 2units of 4bedrooms house can fit into half plot. Before I say how, I will like to state that each house is planned to have 2 living room spaces. Now, the answer is simple, dock extra room spaces in the roof and you're good to go.

Picture updates:
Achieved a foundation depth of 1.5meters. Went on recess for a while because client had to adjust to the economic 'Change'. We are back now and blockwork has commenced.

Does half plot(30 by 100) recognize under town planning?. If yes pls what is the set back requirement for 2 side,back &front.

According to the standards, your setback is 3m.

Floor plan is dicey. Has been duly paid for by the client and he reserves the right to make it public. This is only possible with his permission.

Lets know how much it will cost to finish the project.

Estimated total cost is projected to be 4.5m. But I'm currently having talks with my client on certain elements we can tweak to keep the finish cost at 4m e.g roof design, merging lintel level to head beam level etc. Would let you know the final outcome

Update of the day. Sand filling and iron bending running concurrently.

Can you show us what the design looks like. I think it it is not achievable to have a three bedroom in a quarter of land. Achitectural picture design or plot plan

The Design is... keep watching this space

Work has been on a halt for about 3days now due to excessive demands by the omonile in the area. After serious deliberations an negotiations with the Baale work resumed today.
