In all honesty i know few non F1 fully funded approvals and B1/B2 in the month of September, year 2025, but i dont know any f2s in that month. Although, every U.S. visa denial is usually a natural brick-wall to another visa application. Ironically, and interestingly, if you are genuinely qualify for the B1/B2 visa it will be granted to you like a piece of cake. After updating , wait for few hours (sometimes you can receive official email to print a new appointment letter immediately) and go back to your portal in order to print a new visa appointment. Once your new DS-160 confirmation number can reflect in your new visa appointment printout then, you are free to attend your interview. Sorry, I thought you meant DS-160 update. Nevertheless, you still have to submit your DS-160 within the time frame because it must be aligned with your visa appointment letter as i explained above 👆 1 Like |

Also I dont think any Professor of English Literature can help you to write a sweet-worded wedding invitations that will quickly overturn your mom's triple denial records. ▪︎▪︎ The U.S. embassy would have placed her on 221g, then ask her to go and attach invitation and wedding card to their attention ( electronically) if that is what they actually wanted. Unfortunately, your mom has been annotated for Immigrant Intent and this is caused by her consistent previous (bad) visa applications. Note: One also need to interview the Trio in America. Like, How did they enter the U.S. ? Whats their residency records ? what work are they doing ? Etc . Are you planning to use an F1 visa to immigrate to America, or you honestly want to go to school in order to update or upgrade your career ? Okay, let me deviate from the above narrative. Community college is meant for 3-categories of people (may be more). 1. Younger students who need University preparation experiences. 2. Students with core practical career paths ie technical, bricklaying , plumbing etc which you may not easily find in the Universities, and 3. Adult applicants or professionals (working class) who need tailored program ie " Bank Staff Relationship OR Children's Security" which you may not find in the Universities or not necessarily have to attend University for. Based on the above, you need to assess your age and your present career or occupation and chose a course of study which aligns with your present work, that is if you are considering a community college. If you are genuine with the intention to further your course of study then, you can use standardised tests, recommendations, work/volunteer experiences, SOP, etc to springboard your Msc admission success. USA has more than 5,000 Universities, hence you can look into private Universities which also give good fundings and needs foreign students enrollment in order to boost their own reputation. Note : May be you chose a community college or Harvard University, every Form-I 20 from any U.S. institution is a federal document and it is not automatic for an F1-visa. Your communication and negotiating skills with the consular, genuine intention, proof of ties , following F1-visa application rules & policies , and proof of funds are the major hallmarks that can guarantee your visa, not the kind of ivy league schools you have chosen. 👍 |

If your visa case is confusing or you are qualified by profile but the visa officer is doubting your conversation and you are asked to provide an evidence, but instead of providing the evidence you are looking like a puppet then your visa will be outrightly denied. If you are lucky, then you might be placed on 221g. Ipso facto, I wont be able to give you a near accurate answer because i dont like to generalise. I have to know your profile , DS-160 info etc in order to determine what you actually need to equip yourself with. But i believe you can still receive some good generalised requirements from someone here or comb this thread from page-1 as it is well stored with any info you might be seeking , and that is if you dedicate your time to study it. ●▪︎ For example , are you visiting the person for pleasures , annual leave holiday , business purpose , wedding , negotiating a contract , visiting for facility tour etc ? ●▪︎ As per, If someone is your sponsor all you need to provide is your sponsor's financial commitment or evidence not your own bank statement, except if your sponsor has transfered all the funds into your account . USA visa processing /Consulting job is like a Phd in which you must have the love for education, teaching and research in order to survive and excel. ■ The above 👆 pathway is my path, so it's not about living in America. Interestingly, I know three experts (visa attorney, professor of history and a political scientist) who have guided thousands on U.S visas with 85% success rate but have never themselves set feet in America (by choice). |

Follow the attached instructions very well and choose the post where you applied last ie Lagos or Abuja. Be certain to copy avits amentum in the email CC: nigeria@usvisaappt.com Thats the only solution, otherwise you will have to open a new profile.

que4:@Que I feel your concern but i wont label it as criminal because that is the only avenue the U.S government can use in protecting you and i and our families from the plans of the evil perpetrators. Apart from security issues, USA is still in the top-5 countries of the world that almost everyone wanted to visit, hence you will voluntarily clap your hands for the consular officers if you are opportuned to get the figure of how many applicants they attend to in one hour not to talk of in 1-week. That is why you will see the interviewing officers interchanging during your interviews. Also go and do your research, presently the United States must be in Top 1 to 5 of the countries with the most hated and targeted by aggressive enemies , ipso facto, there is pressure on the U.S. government in the area of security for their citizens and others and as it stands, because of the USA advanced technologies, the major avenue anyone can luckily harm them is by stepping foot inside the country. punchyy:Hello Punchy. The only person that can guide you with future appointment and entry into the United States after your visa issuance is your incoming (new) Form-I20. Focus on getting the new Form-I20 and focus on visa success tips. Stop worrying yourself about visa validity which you have not even gotten. Consular officer determines your visa issuance based on your I-20 information. Besides, F1-visa is still an indefinite visa stamping providing that you are maintaining studentship in the U.S. Like i wrote earlier, your new Form-I20 will determine your next moves. Ask her to cancel the present pending appointment and start all over. She should choose Bank deposit this time and ask you or other relative to do the payment physically if she is not around to do it. Genuine conference most of the time requires online registration as well as online payment because paying registration fee of less than $1000 via bank transfer doesn't make sense. The letter even contracdicted itself by providing a bank account and then asking you to upload credit card payment evidence ..They definitely want to extract your credit/debit card info for unauthorised purchases. Your number one mistake is that you must register for a conference in the domain of your intended country. You are going to USA but you went to India website for the registration. Your second negligence is that you seems to have not started this thread from the beginning.. It's very likely a scam arrangement so kindly abandon it. As per your tourism question go back to the beginning of this thread and study it properly. Perhaps someone may have the time to furnish you with comprehensive clues. Foreign nationals who have affiliates etc can organize seminar or conference inside America in order to target larger audiences or world markets. The only thing is that he must be certain that such conference is an accredited one and the organizer has a website and verified location. The conference must also be meaningful to your present career or business or works. You must have received an invitation letter for the conference and such notification is definitely via email correspondence. Therefore, the conference organizer , representatives, president, secretary or the person who is communicating with you all through your registration is sufficient to be your point of contact. As per the $200 , yes you must pay a registration fee for a reputable and well organised conference. Some conference even charge up to $600 for registration in order to cut population and such money goes towards their administrative cost. Most free conference in america is majorly for americans or by invitation. If you are opting for tourism you must still name the places you are meant to visit (eg McDonald's in Colorado and Lincoln Library) and you must have contacted a staff in such entity. Such staff is going to be your point of contact. In the case of indecision of places you want to visit then you can use a residence hotel as your point of contact but a manager or secretary or other staff of the hotel whom you must have established a travel routine communication with has to be mentioned. Children under age 14 are exempted from verbal interviews but they must appear physically, or via drop box, or by email and that should be only on their appointment day. 👍 👆 I specifically wrote above that they must appear on their appointment days only while other options i gave are probability that can happen and has happened before. So tell us where did i go wrong ? Go back and read the questions, the asker have different appointments for the kids, she did not tell us that she doesn't have appointment at all. Although, Credit /Debit card payment is the most fastest form of payment and it gives you access to appointment calendar almost immediately but it has the worst disadvantage of losing or forfeiting your money, if your payment is declined or at any slightest network glitches. The F2- mother should go with the kids, a relative and their documents, and if the kids are not allow in they should hang with the relative. However, the mother should go in with the kids documents and narrate the situation to the consular. Some consular might ask you go and fetch the kids in while some will place you on 221g in order to bring them back on another day or upload their documents to the embassy. ** If none of the above happened then the F2- mother (3-months) visa won't affect anything on the kids application. I still believe that F1-visa must be flexible in terms or renewal , entry , etc regardless of how many days or weeks or months or year that is being issued. Regarding your other questions, getting a residence for a few weeks or even months is not enough for you to proof a tie in a 3rd nation. But having a relative living there, spouse , office, church or mosque affiliate etc in which you can use or have been using their addresses as your mailing address or 2nd home can be regarded as a kind of tie. Despite the tie proving policies, the U.S embassy or the U.S government always hold international students with high esteem. The best way to acquire updated admission and funding information is to email the school Graduate Admissions office directly. Keep sending mails to schools one after the other. 👍 |

Any date that is available to all F1 visa applicants presently is what will be available to all F2 visa applicants (including you). How did you know the earlier 2025 dates that was reopened ? I think you should rely on the same source. Otherwise, keep following this page for newly available dates.
