Letter from the Class of 2016 K.S.U Graduates. Before I was admitted into the University, I use to see kogi State University as the most bravest citadel of Learning. We class of 2016, kogi state university anyigba, graduates are soliciting for the University stakeholders to please come to our rescue, we are tired of staying at home unnecessarily without our results at hand, most of our colleagues in the same institution have received their results and was even mobilized for the ongoing NYSC scheme, but we don't know what is delaying our results not to even talk of NYSC mobilization. Most of the graduates parent, guidance has began to doubt their children for not coming home with their results as to know their graduates status! Therefore we are using this medium to plead with the school Authority to help solve this problem delaying our results, and that of NYSC mobilization. Thanks #Team Legendary# |

It’s exactly 6Yrs since Muammar Gadaffi was Killed by Stupid Americans! Muamar Gaddafi's Prophecies: "I will not go into exile to any foreign country. I was born here in Libya, and I will die here. This country was a dessert, and I turned it into a forest, where everything can grow. No one Love this land more more than its citizens. If Europe and America tells you that they love you, be careful. They love the wealth of your land. The oil and not the people. They are helping you to fight against me but, it will be more wise for you to fight against them because they are fighting against your future and progress. My message to you the people of Libya is, they are helping you to kill me but you will pay the price because you will suffer. And my message to you America and Europe is, you will kill me, but be ready to fight a never ending TERRORISM. Before you realise your ignorance, terrorists will be hitting you at your doorstep." GADDAFI once told the Nigerian and British governments to divide Nigeria into two, so that the Hausa/Fulani (Moslems), Yoruba (Christians) and Biafrans/Igbo, can live as neighbouring countries. It's good we look at these 16 REAL REASONS WHY COL. GADDAFI WAS KILLED: 1. There is no electricity bill in Libya, electricity is free for all its citizens. 2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens are at a 0% interest by law. 3. Home is considered a human right in Libya. Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home. 4. All newlyweds in Libya receive $60,000 Dinars (US$50,000) from the government to buy their first apartment. 5. Education and medical treatments are free in Libya. Before Gaddafi, only 25% of Libyans were literates. Today, the figure stands at 83%. 6. Libyans taking up farming as a career, they received farm land, a farming house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kick- start their farms – all for free. 7. If Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they needed in Libya, the government funded them to go abroad for it. 8. In Gaddafi's Libya, if a Libyan buys a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price. 9. The price of petrol in Libya is $0. 14 per liter. 10. Libya has no external debt and its reserves amount to $150 billion – now frozen globally. 11. If a Libyan is unable to get employment after graduation, the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until employment is found. 12. A portion of Libyan oil sale is credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens. 13. A mother who gave birth to a child under Gaddafi, received US $5,000 as child benefit upfront. 14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya costs $ 0.15 15. 25% of Libyans have a university degree 16. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as the Great Man- Made River Project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country. If this is called "Dictatorship", I wonder what type of Leadership Democrats have!! Share this to remember Gaddafi.

the real estate sector is continuing to develop, despite recent challenges in Africa’s commodity-driven economies. The cost of renting a house in Nigeria and Ghana is higher than doing so in Kenya, according to a report by Knight Frank. The Africa Report 2017 on real estate markets in the continent describes how the real estate sector is continuing to develop, despite recent challenges in Africa’s commodity-driven economies. The rental rates were considered from a 4 bedroom executive house in a prime location. Even though Nigeria and Ghana have slightly expensive rates, their prime yields were better at 8% each compared to Kenya's 5%. Here are the prime rents for the three countries: Kenya Prime rents: $4,100 Prime yield: 5% Kenya’s residential sector remained stable throughout 2016, due to steady macroeconomic conditions and minimal impact from external shocks. Luxury home sales prices increased marginally, but prime rental prices declined as a result of a slight oversupply, which was partly attributable to the exodus of a large number of expatriates following the downsizing of Kenya’s oil extraction industry. The Kenyan government estimates that there is a shortage of approximately 200,000 units per annum and is addressing the situation through measures such as slum upgrading and the provision of tax incentives for major developer Ghana Prime rents: $4,500 per month. Prime yield: 8% Cities such as Accra have experienced a sharp increase in number of townhouses and apartment blocks. This despite the prices of land increasing substantially over the years. The trend to construct apartment buildings has been driven by the mid-to high income groups in Ghana, with this type of property being seen as a good investment vehicle. The economic boom earlier in the decade encouraged high levels of development, and the market now suffers from oversupply. Prices are generally falling, but good quality product priced at a level that provides developers with a reasonable profit margin will still sell well. Nigeria Prime rents: $6,000 per month Prime yield: 8% Knight Frank notes that that there has been a high-end residential space in Lagos due to over-construction in the previous development cycle. There is a surplus of high-end residential space in Lagos, as a result of over-construction in the previous development cycle. The traditional high-end residential areas of Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Banana Island have also seen increased competition from Lekki to the east. Although Lekki remains heavily congested, master planned communities such as Victoria Garden City have grown rapidly. Despite the slowdown in the sector, a significant number of luxury developments are planned, including Gracefield Island and Orange Island.
