I did my biometrics (myself and wife) on 29th July for priority for a tier 2 Visa application. I am the main applicant whilst my wife applied as a dependant.
I received an email a day later that my application has been received and currently being considered. 3 days later - 2 Aug I got an email requesting for evidence of English language which I sent to a designated email address. However, ever since am yet to hear from them and I am worried considering the timelines for a priority application.

I have tried calling their line but each time I key in the numbers on my debit card, it says the card wasnt recognised. I have tried this with First bank and Diamomd bank so far. My questions are:

1) is it normal for an application to take this long considering it is priority? NB: no travel history or criminal records.
2) what alternative ways can I reach them? Are there specific cards accepted?
3) Are they supposed to send an email if they are experiencing difficulties with my application?

Please I need your urgent assistance

I am currently applying for myself and wife. Pyment of my application fee was successful. However I have been struggling with that of my wife since yesterday all to no avail. Below is the notification I get each time I tried. The account sufficiently funded and I even had to use my wife's card but got the same issue. Pls help am I doing something wrong?

Also, noted that a TLS fee of GBP 75 came up after I selected self service and a date which wasnt suppose to result in charges. Saw a pop-up saying it is a prime time billing even though it doesn't appear so? Please is this normal?

Please I am a bit stuck on this TLS page. I havent even selected self-service and I can already see a charge of GBP55 under UKVI service. Please isnt this supposed to be free.

Hello family.
I am very confused now and would need help please on ECA for ICAN. I received my ECA report in January and have been living with the impression that this would be seen as an additional certification. But I have been getting differing opinions on this with many saying that this is not tenable for ECA purpose. Please I need your thoughts on this. I have also copied my ECA report (edited) to enable the gurus in the house assess. I have attached an edited version of the ECA. The summary section only shows BSc even though the analysis section shows ICAN as 2 years.

I have checked several as well...no show. I guess the result would be displayed 12am AEDT

I just checked my IELTS result now......not happy at all as I needed an 8 in listening to get a score of 465.

LSRW: 7, 7.5, 7, 7

Simulating this gives me a score of 401. So funny how 1 point could translate to over 60 points

Where did you write yours? Cos I wrote mine at Lekki Coliseum on 24 may also and we did listening before reading.
Did they explain why the unusual change?

The questions are answered correctly. If your status changes during processing, you only need proof of funds for you and your spouse. In order word, the balance on your account should be higher and able to care for two people. Both of you would then be given the PR.

You can pay through their payment portal. It requires that you input your card details though. Hope this helps

when I did mine on 24th, I recall the examiner saying that some results may not be out after the required 2 weeks due to quality control. They said an email would be sent to the affected persons.....Gotten any email?

Please I have a few clarifications to make....

Lets say I submit my ITA as a "single" on 27 May and say 2 months later, I got married and notify CIC.....
- would this distort my application in terms of the timing within which my PPR will be granted?
- would my CRS scores be recalculated as a "married" applicant or are my scores locked-in already?
- does my spouse have to take the IELTS and ECA?
- what additional documentation would be required?

Please I need responses to the above questions to enable me make a well informed decision.

NB: I took my IELTS on 24 May and my ECA has been completed since January.
