Now, this is not a bashing of our Armed Forces, especially since I come from a family with deep ties to the security forces, but its really astounding that with all these equipments, training and all, that a group of rag tag civilians with little or no military training (some are even little boys), could wage a war with our military and in some cases defeat them. Its really astounding.

I can attest to this. They are the bomb, the artillery, the bees and the freaking beeswax. I wrote an Academic paper for an Arabian couple days ago - 10 pages for $55 (data charts and Harvard referencing inclusive) whereas an Aussie gave me the same job and paid $125, just 11 pages and no data chart, no referencing alongside a $10 tip. Aussies are great employers.
