I Dream NIGERIA
Where were we (Where do we want to be)! Where are we !! Where are we heading !!!

Arise, O compatriots (A sense of equal right),

Nigeria's call obey (Be responsible to your Nation)

To serve our Fatherland (Labor and Produce),

With love and strength and faith. (Sense of purpose)

The labour of our heroes past

Shall never be in vain (Honor Ancestral Labor of ''Yester Years''),

To serve with heart and might (Deliver in Truth)

One nation bound in freedom, peace and unity. (Accepted by all)

I LOVE THIS ONE.

O God of creation (ONE that was in The Beginning)
Direct our noble cause;
Guide our Leaders right:
Help our Youth the truth to know (Nurture and Teach),
In love and honesty to grow(Maintain Dignity),
And live in just and truth (Maintain Peace),
Great lofty heights attain(Boundless Freedom),
To build a nation where peace and justice reigns (Labour with purpose).

I love my Nation, I love my Country. I am Nigerian. I just have one question and need the right answer please (Elders) . What is the purpose of Nigeria?

Business To BusinessRe: What Companies Dont Know About Outsourcing by Eforce1(op): 5:11pm On Aug 31, 2011
What Is Outsourcing And The Value Proposition For The Organization?

In simple terms, ‘outsourcing’ can be defined as the ‘strategic use of outside resources
to perform activities traditionally handled by internal staff and resources’.

It is a management strategy by which an organization outsources major, non-core functions to
specialized, efficient service providers (The Outsourcing Institute, 2001).

The value proposition that companies look to achieve from outsourcing activity can be
viewed from a number of different aspects. From the view of control and automation
services on the plant floor, Automation Research Corporation (ARC, 1998) defines the
value proposition (potential benefits) of outsourcing to an organization as being
expressed in four fundamental business concepts:

1.) Focus on Core Competencies, which define the organization itself, and are a vital part of why it exists.
2.) Gain Access to World Class Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems, and keeping up with the latest technologies available.
3.) Improve Staffing Flexibility in order to respond quickly and inexpensively to changes in market demand.
4.) Lower Total Cost of Ownership for Control and Automation Systems. The ongoing operational costs are significant, up to 75% of the lifetime costs, providing an opportunity to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of these systems.

Nigeria needs a President who can speak for himself.

We need someone who is prompt in action. A COMMANDER (Not by position)

Someone who is prompt in action. Someone proactive, reassuring, inspiring, innovative.

Let us be true to ourselves for once, it is now becoming very scary around here by every minute only God can rescue us @ this point.
Jonathan has been the president of this country for over a year and not much has been done.
Unemployment number is still real, security is still an issue, corruption is still alive and all former corrupt governors are still walking around freely with our money in their pockets.
And now bombing is also becoming another way of life in Nigeria. In short, it seems that nothing has changed positively for Nigeria or Nigerians since Jonathan took over.
The question remains the same, Can Jonathan handle the dynamic issues we are facing in Nigeria or his time as the president will be another business as usual scenario?

This question (Re: What Exactly Is "boko Haram" Fighting For?) is an important Topic to Nigerians

One of the reasons why we tend to go backwards is because we dont pay attention to details.

The question What?
The question  When
The question Where?
The question How?
The question Who?
And the Question Why?

It is high time! It is time for the NEW GENERATION - THE NEW GENERATION OF LEADERS TO TAKE HOLD OF THEIR FATHERLAND

We would restore our Nation, Return our Glory - LIVE IN PEACE AND UNITY

We refuse to go backwards or be deterred.

- WE REPLACE POSITION(OFFICE) WITH HONOR
- CORRUPTION WITH INTEGRITY
-  VIOLENCE WITH PEACE AND UNITY

THERE SHALL BE REWARD FOR EVERY LABOUR, HARD WORD, EXCELLENCE IN CHARACTER AND PERFORMANCE

- WHAT WE NEED IS A PROGRESSIVE FORUM, LET'S MAKE TOMORROW BETTER THAN OUR TODAY
- WE WONT BE DISMAYED

THANK YOU
