I'm very confused. I don't know what to do but I need advice from nairalanders, serious one on how to navigate safely through this stormy waters.

I'm in my early thirties, unfortunately not working at the moment but still searching and believing I'll get one soon. I had an accommodation problem and someone who is like an aunt offered I stay in her house until I can sort myself out. I didn't have any other alternative still don't have at the moment so agreed and moved in due to my situation. She's a close family friend. Her mom was my late mom's best friend.

She's married with two kids and her husband is a state agent; he works with one of the Federal Security Agencies. Please I don't want to be specific. The husband is far way from us here in Lagos and comes home once in a while so it's always two of us especially when the kids have gone to school.

She wants me to sleep with her and has been disturbing a hell out of me. I've tried to let her know why this isn't possible since she's married but it's like I'm talking to a stone. She practically naked herself recently and held unto me but I used an extremely diplomatic tone and much pleading before she could let go of me. But she told me I must look for her soon; don't know what that means.

A. FEATURES OF A DEED
Every valid, legal deed must include the name of
the grantor, the name of the grantee, and a description of the land and its boundaries. The deed must also state
that the property is being passed to a new owner. For
example, "I hereby convey my land to Mr. X to have and
to hold...."
In Nigeria a conveyance of land is legal when:
(1) it is in writing (like a deed);

(2) the grantor
signed the deed and fully understands what he/she is
doing with the property;
(3) the deed is accepted by the
grantee or his/her agent;
(4) the description of the property in the deed is specific enough that the property can be identified.
(5) If you are buying a piece of property and you sign
a contract for sale before you sign a deed, the seller might make several promises in the contract. For instance, the seller might say in the contract that he or she guarantees you will not have any boundary problems. You must make sure that these promises also appear in the deed. If they do not, then those promises will be lost.
(6) In other words, the deed, not the contract, defines which legal rights you have. You should also make sure that the description of the land you are buying is the same in the contract as it is in the deed. A lawyer can help you with these matters.

I need the candid advise of the matured minds here. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 8 months when our relationship was 3 months I was able to get a German visa and moved to Germany .

He lost his job 2 months ago, and we have been discussing on how he can get back on his feet, lots of interviews and no call back and with this harsh economy we consider it best he starts a business which he doesn't even have the capital.

I really wish I can support him but so scared it might be termed as using money to buy love and this might just make him stick to me for the wrong reasons or even later dump me... I am so confused
