Health workers in Nigeria are really improvising, they work in environment with limited resource and still give their best to patients, Nigerian health workers really do well outside the country, God will help you be in a better position so you can change and make the health sector better.

Am Average Nigerian is very careless about his health, they only run helter skelter wen its too late, and them blame spiritual forces, ancestors and Enemies for issues that may have been caused by their careless lifestyle

I m addicted to carbonated drinks and it's beginning to sound weird and I can hardly do without taking like 3 a day in every meal I take.

It's like there's a force propelling me to always take carbonated drinks.

Pls how do I get rid of such unhealthy habits?

Go for smoothies instead, then wean off carbonated drinks, replace some bottles with cold water, and make sure u go see a Doctor for check up.U may be having symptoms of diabetes
