This is incorrect. Ecoflow has a functional after sales center too in Lagos and environs.
We retail them and know this.

Omo, l am still perplexed as l looked my door in the morning and meet my door locked when l returned from work.

Correct. Ecoflow has variants of AC outlet shapes for different markets. EU, US, NG, SA, and the Chinese bit too.

The Nigerian version is also built to withstand our kind of power shocks and instability.
