Jonathan used the same method he used recently to recover the $15m he smuggled to South Africa for illegal arms deal - threatening South Africa's economic interests in Nigeria (MTN, DSTV, etc)

Who remembered the "Na We Do Am" sms read on NTA? Today the same Dokpesi that was accused is now Jonathan's media agent and IBB has become President Jonathan's Political Godfather.

Like millions of other Nigerians, President Jonathan took our pillows and mattresses with his half-baked policies.

As stated before, most of Jonathan's troubles are self inflicted. No matter how big or small an issue is, Jonathan must mismanage it.

Apart from supporting corruption, shielding boko haram sponsors and other criminals, there is no single issue Jonathan has ever managed effectively. Just a simple defection of one man, President Jonathan has debased the constitution of Nigeria, Police now accord itself the role of the court, members of the house are now offered outrageous incentives to impeach the Speaker, the life of the Speaker of Nigeria's House of Reps is now endangered, we lost the second largest town in Adamawa and the president don't even care.

Jonathan is a failure. Vote out the Zoologist.

NLC is definitely ignorant of the Provisions of the Constitution. While The Constitution makes express provision on the condition for the tenure of the members of the Legislative arm of government,the Constitution is silent on the tenure of the Governors if they leave the Party which brought them to power. And that's why PDP was handicapped when Five Governors decamped from PDP. In a more decent society Tambuwal should have resigned from the Speakership the day he decamped from PDP to APC beause going by the provision of Section 168(g) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) Tambuwal lost his seat in the Legislature. The relevant question then is;can Tambuwal still claim the Speakership when by the provision of the Constitution he has lost his seat? My humble advice to Tambuwal is that he should honourably resign and desist from heating up the polity!

You are the ignorant on here. If PDP had any legal backing to remove the speaker, they would have taken it - instead of using impunity, back-doors, intimidation and other illegal methods. Today Jonathan is handing out Automatic Reelection to the lawmakers in order to get to impeach the Speaker.

The second paragraph of that section clearly supported the Speaker as since there was crisis in PDP. And if you are denying there was crisis, then you can as well tell us why the National Working Committee of the PDP was in Sokoto to resolve the disputes.

Tambuwal has every constitutional right to leave and maintain his position as Speaker. That PDP ego is bruised is none of our business. Seeking self help has also exposed the Coven.
